Nice car, a little hard to get into with head clearance but once inside, it is very roomy. many great features. Only draw back so far is the voice recognition when trying to make calls; frustrating at times, does not work well.

Plenty of good features. Good visibility. Stow-n-go is a real plus. Handles very well in the snow. Negatives: metal strip on heated steering wheel stays freezing cold. What were they thinking? Want my old steering wheel back. Miss sliding 2nd row seats.

This car is my 1st domestic vehicle and recognized that the highest cost performance. I see a lot of valuable features and high technologies with reasonable cost.

The good: love the comfortable seats, feels reliable and sturdy, the size and layout are perfect for us. Easy to see all around and easy to park. The bad: the 9 speed transmission is very jerky from 10-30 mpg city driving. Was told by the master mechanic that this is the transmission and until Chrysler makes a flash update this is how it will behave. Have been to dealership 5 times. Have reset adaptations-didn't work. VERY annoying. Own the 2019 Pacifica L purchased new.

This car met most of my needs. There is a problem when i try to get into the vehicle my head hits the top of the door. I have to put my head in first to save my hairdo; NOT GOOD. the head rest also is in an uncomfotable position it totally destroys my hairdo. I cannot fix it to prevent this. The headrest leans forward too much and i feel i should be able to adjust this. I have 3 electronic devices that have to be add every time i get into the vehicleand the interchange is not so easy when you are driving.
