Love, love, love my new truck, it?s an amazing color ?Bruiser gray? it drives like a dream. From the dash to back my truck couldn?t be more perfect has all the bells & whistles.

The Durango hit all the required checks in the block for me. Third row seating, captains chairs in the second row, good engine and above average features from other brands. My last SUV was a 2016 Ford Explorer and compared to it it exceeds my expectations in the small differences that you don't notice when driving around the block for a test. Case in point second row captains chairs did not have arm rests for passengers so it was uncomfortable for them. Good product and looking forward to driving it more.

The car is nice overall for the SXT AWD but I wish it had more standard features like larger screen and remote start and nicer seats

This suv is perfect for a busy family- lots of cargo room and roomy for passengers. It is well appointed and comfortable. Best of all- the mpg is better than my previous car.

THIS CAR IS EXCEPTIONAL IN EVERY WAY! I WALKED IN WANTING A JEEP CHEROKEE AND WALKED OUT WITH WAY MORE THAN I BARGAINED FOR! I CAN'T WAIT TO KEEP DRIVING IT AND SHOWING IT OFF!

Dodge did a fine job with this model. Lots of comfortable seating, (3 rows) and room. Multiple USB ports, safety sensors and fantastic soumd system. The electronics are more than sufficient. The ride is luxurious due to a longer wheelbase. This is not an economy vehicle and was designed for those who require power and room. Considering everything mentioned and the quality of detailing, the Durango is definitely a value for the price. Have been unable to find any negative points to this model.

Bought brand new in December 2017. Three days later the electrical problems started. 8 separate trips to now 2 different dealerships and the issue still isn?t fixed. Have had the radio and center stack replaced, two flash updates to the radio, and now they want to put another radio in, plus a blower motor and a wiring harness. Chrysler customer service is anything but. They refuse to buy the car back from us under the lemon law, just want us to keep bringing it in for service. The car isn?t worth the money we paid for it, and it doesn?t work like they advertised it would. I don?t feel safe driving my kids and their friends around, and yet I have no choice as far as the manufacturer is concerned. Don?t buy a Durango, you?re just buying trouble.

After driving and researching several mid sizes SUV's and then last but not least a 2018 Durango Citadel I was blown away by the fit and finish and quality built into this vehicle. Finally an American SUV that trumps the Asians with superb quality and technology and muscular good looks. The fit and finish is 1st rate my Vice White paint job is flawless the interior design and layout is well thought out. Seat comfort is 1st rate ride quality is exceptional the V6 has more than enough power and the 8 speed transmission has to be the smoothest shifting on the market. Also the Media center is by far the most user friendly and fastest as well as the most technologically up to date very Tablet like. The quality of the leather seats is found in vehicles costing much more it rides like a limo on the highway but handles like a much smaller vehicle in the city. Reliability has been exceptional gas mileage is not bad averaging 22 mpg combined and 26 mpg on the highway. If you are considering a mid sized SUV you would be doing yourself a injustice if you didn't take a test ride in the Durango...

This was the only affordable SUV that meet my desire for a performance, comfort, and cargo capacity needs. I wanted a SUV that has a sporty apperance and backs the appearance up with power and handling. The Hemi engine and Blacktop appearance package makes the vehicle really stand out in its black color. An added benefit is that is runs on regular 87 octane fuel. The all season tires and automatic 4 wheel drive meets my need for winter driving. In summary it?s a performance vehicle that turns heads with its appearance with the added plus of a a fully functional daily driver.
