Subaru of MorgantownReviews
Subaru of Morgantown review
Wonderful experience with this dealership, Tyler and Jake helped put together a deal that was much better than the offers we received in Pittsburgh. While we had to drive 1.5 hours to Morgantown from Pittsburgh, it was well worth the service and price. Tyler helped organize the deal how we needed it, put together documentation, and answered our questions all before we ever went in person. We spent a lot of time on the phone and texting to get everything sorted out and they even found the exact Crosstrek, trim, option package, and color we wanted and brought it to the lot just for us. Subaru offered a great financing deal on a new vehicle which helped us move from a used car to new car, but zero pressure from the dealer to do this. We never felt pressure and never pushed to take their existing inventory, compromise, or up-sold. Distinctly different environment than other dealerships that I've visited, the Subaru team here are truly working to get people the best vehicle for them at the best price possible and they seem like a big family. My wife is super happy with the Crosstrek we got, thank you Tyler and Jake!

I,m 78 years old—I have purchased many cars in my lifetime—Ty Williams is the best sales rep I have experienced—I trust him.
2018 Dodge Durango review
I had problems with misfire. Cylinder #5 misfire about 135000 miles. It was under extended warranty. Still cost me some dollars because the dealership some other issues needed to be repaired that they say they found and without repaired the warranty company wouldn't replace the Cylinder #5. Now I have 151000 miles and Cylinder #6 has misfire. I have a 2018 GT Plus. Very nice looking car. Now with high mileage it seems like a problem. I had all maintenance preformed including oil changes. That was very important because without that the warranty company wouldn't have paid for the repairs.

It’s easy to smile and shake hands! Walid & Tanner absolutely went above and beyond. When the car itself didn’t cooperate with the sale they both went great distance to make it right. They were patient. They listened and they made it right. Thank you

York Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
What great guys to work with. Each employee who walked by took a minute to speak. Our salesman Todd was not only helpful but very knowledgeable. Spoke with Connor a couple of times and what a great guy. Not pushy at all. We decided on a Dodge Durango. There’s nothing quick about buying a car. But York has the steps down pat. Andrew in financing explained all options of financing. Although not thrilled with the payment what a GREAT EXPERIENCE. I previously bought my van there and I am sure I’ll have equally great service with the new Durango. Thanks York.
2018 Dodge Durango review
We've had a few hiccups in the car the one I'd like to most point out that I think there needs to be a recall on the back LED light stripping failure

Best service I've had at any dealership. Ethan did a great job, taking care of an error made at another dealer .Very fair price and was repaired in record time. Too bad I didn't purchase my vehicle from Towbin. Next time! I was also given some great deals for future service , and received complimentary shuttle service to and from my home. Thanks again, Ethan

Crown Lexus review
My service manager, Tony Hang, is the best and he is the reason I continue to go to Crown Lexus Of Ontario. I I am always able to make appointments however I always ask for him. If he is not there, I tend to wait until he is. He is very professional yet makes me feel very comfortable. If Tony is busy when I call, he always returns my calls in a timely manner. I have absolutely no complaints about Lexus and I think Tony is a great asset to your dealership. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

Zeigler Honda of Racine review
First time service customer. Steven was welcoming and engaging. Let me know about the GTRs in the drive. Would definitely recommend.
2018 Dodge Durango review
Dodge Durango GT with towing package. Great SUV for the money. we currently have 34000 miles and no major issues so far. Our Uconnect system had to be replaced because it would not update. Was covered under warranty. We tow a 5000lb travel trailer and it does fine on the flats , but struggles a bit in the mountains. I was impressed how all the operating temperatures were in check while pulling a 7% grade on a 95 degree day. (I have since bought a Ram 1500 to do the towing). This car is an excellent road tripper and I am impressed with the spunk of the 3.6. So far the only weak link has been the Uconnect system. I hope it holds up for the duration of the vehicle.

Bettenhausen Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
I cannot brag enough about the awesome service received on a recent car repair I have had… Starting with Jackie and all the way through. I was nothing but totally satisfied at how understanding, accommodating ,caring and patient all these employees were. If i could, I would rate these employees and their service 10 stars rather than five… Exceptional service is what I always receive. Thanks Bettenhausen for never disappointing. Always a smooth ride when dealing with Bettenhausen…

Quakertown Mitsubishi review
The buying part was smooth. The car came to me with a sticky smudge on the back seat after I'd been told it was detailed, so I cleaned it myself that night. Minor but it bugged me. Everything else I'd do again. My salesperson actually talked me out of the higher trim, pointed out two features I'd already said I wouldnt use. Out the door price matched the quote. Four stars only because of that seat.

Nate at Bristol auto mall was the best. He helped me and my husband get into a nice and safe car. Every other dealer we bought from was totally a junker and piece of crap. He and the people there took care of me and I can’t thank him enough

The ultimate one-stop shop! I am extremely busy working from home, and Erin made buying my Mercedes completely stress-free. She worked entirely around my schedule, provided detailed videos of the car, and got me the exact financing I needed. Being able to sign online and meet halfway for pickup was amazing. They offer everything from detailing to warranties without being pushy. Ask for Erin if you want a seamless experience!

Flood Ford of East Greenwich review
I walked in looking to purchase a new f-150 and the staff immediately made me feel welcome and comfortable, no vultures waiting to prey on me. The salesman sat me down and helped me build the truck to my likings. The whole process including the finance was seem less and smooth. I was extremely happy and will be doing more business with Flood Ford
