2013 Ford Edge consumer reviews

I loved it when I bought it, but now in 2020, my transfercase has died, come to find out ford knows about this problem but has done no recalls , there are many forums on this,,,,it is going to cost me 2000 to fix this and ford refuses to do a recall, beware all of you buyers, this is true and real....never again will I buy a ford!!!!!!!!!!!...I have spoken to many people from ford and nothing....many of us ford buyers on this vehicle are being pushed aside, that's to bad because now I plan on telling everyone and anyone to stay away from fords!!!!!

Seems like a nice more luxurious car ,looking forward to driving it for many years!!! I have owned Ford's for many years and have always been pleased.

After my Chevy died and the repairs were more than what it was worth we looked at Ford again. I have always enjoyed owning a Ford and the edge is adding to that list.

This is such a great vehicle. The fully loaded limited model has everything, almost as nice as its Lincoln counterpart. Very reliable with sufficient passing power from the V6 engine. Only thing I would recommend is to maintain it well especially the transmission on these vehicle are prone to have issues if not well taken care of. I never had a problem but it would be wise to do routine maintenance, make sure your warming up the vehicle in the cold and don’t push the car to its limit trying to floor it.

This is my second Ford Edge. I use it for my dog ,a mastiff, 306hp on tap great looking ,standard with 22in Rim's, full moonroof, and it uses regular gas . I love it

I do wish it had a hatch release "button" on my key. Also would be nice to have a hatch release on the dash. The interior is comfortable and high grade. I have the Edge Limited.

Very fun and great mileage. Awesome AWD. Leather interior! I use it for a second run around car that I don’t have to worry about getting stuck.

Just purchased Christmas Eve. The ride is quiet and surprisingly nicer than what I thought. Only about a week, but nice SUV!!! My wife loves it! She had a 2009 Acura which, we loved, but was horrible on gas and it took premium. This has all over the options her Acura had, but MUCH better on gas! We love the panoramic sunroof too! The touch screen and Nav is not hard at all. When I was researching this Suv, people were talking about how difficult it was to work, not for us! Ford, keep adding good quality and you may win me over!!!

Since owning this vehicle, it had been the most reliable vehicle I've ever owned. This vehicle has a 3.5L V6 engine with 285 horsepower with great get it. With all this power this car has superb gas milage getting up to 340 miles to empty. This car has plenty of leg room from front to back and is completely comfortable. Vehicles liquids and registration have all been updated. Car is full leather interior with NO tears, rips or any sign of wear and tear. If you're looking for a vehicle that's ready to roll with no hiccups, this is the car for you.
