When you make contact they put you in an optional text chat so anytime you have a question you text it and they get back to you usually very quickly. We worked with Garrett and even. Though we were very wishy washy and changed our minds on what we wanted many times he was very patient and helpful. He also gave many suggestions that actually we turned out to love better than what we were originally looking for. They worked hard for us on financing and options and gave us several options to choose from. After the sale Garrett didnt disappear...he still answered our messages and talked with his manager about some questions we had. We were very happy that he helped us even after the sale! David the finance person gave me a great percentage I was able to purchase the car I needed but really wanted. Overall it was a great experience and recommend Lexus of Cerritos as the dealership to consider when buying a car.

2013 Ford Edge review
We had our 2013 Ford edge for many years had zero problems with it until a stupid driver parked next to my husband and totaled the car. He wasn’t even in the car but until then it never gave us any trouble. We decided we would buy another ford edge which is a 2018 and beautiful. Hopefully we’ll have the same luck with this one.

2013 Ford Edge review
I have had minimal problems after my 5yr extended warranty paid for itself. The only downside of this vehicle is the avg 18mph and its navigation which changes the radio when I try to change it. Also it interimentiltly has issues with trying to put an address in it as well.

My experience at Honda of Grand Blanc has always been wonderful. This last visit was no different. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I always wait for my vehicle to be serviced and this time I was expecting to wait at least 4 hours as I was having a long list of items tended to. To my surprise my vehicle was done in less than 2.5 hours. I also always appreciate that I'm never pressured into services that I don't need. In fact, many times I have asked if certain services are needed and I'm told not at this time. So instead of padding my bill, I end up spending less than anticipated. I will continue to take my vehicle to Honda of Grand Blanc until I no longer own it.
