Look elsewhere. Last Ford

Purchaed the car with 17k miles. After 40k everything started to fall apart. A/C went out, rear shocks blown, toasted motor mount. I've always purchased Fords but this will be my last unfortunately. Most of these things are covered by warranty but rear shocks and motor mounts should never fail on a newer car. Dealer would not cover the shocks. These issues are something a Chrysler has, not a Ford.

PROBLEMS TOO SOON!!

Needed service too soon, paying too much for what i got. Too much promises no one answering questions about guarantee. Not satisfied at all, in my opinion.

Nothing Beats the Explorer!

Ford Explorer incredible vehicle for getting around in Iowa, with kids. It puts the 'fun' in functional! Spacious and I'm completely comfortable driving in winter conditions with it--I have PTSD from a terrible winter rollover SUV accident when I was younger. The trust I've been able to build with my explorer is invaluable. Definitely recommend.

This vehicle fits all my needs. Silver exterior and black leather interior are exceptional. Also, all of the features meet my needs and expectation. I am a very satisfied Ford Explorer. This is my 7th Explorer since 1996.

The Lower Control Arm & Rack and Pinion Problem

This 2016 Ford Explorer I owned almost killed me, the Lower Control Arm broke while I was driving 40 MPH in city streets, the wheel broke-off and the explorer went airborne about 4 ft up in the air, I crashed into the curb almost killed some pedestrians and myself. I am very scared to drive this Ford Explorer vehicle again. The vehicle is still under warranty with only 21,700 miles on it, but the Ford dealership is dragging their feet they do not want to honor the warranty and fix my defective vehicle which has 7 recalls including the steering housing, front and rare suspension.

Makes driving fun.

Plenty of room, comfortable, lots of safety features, the exterior color is beautiful, interior and exterior is extremely clean, the engine has nice pick up. Can't wait to take a road trip.
