Great car:)

Love this car so much. Runs great. Gets pretty good gas mileage and has great trunk space. Use it for two kids and it has done great.

Most Reliable Car I've Owned

Very good car, very nice car, very reliable car. Only draw back is MPG. It has all power, windows, locks etc...

Dependable and affordable vehicle does the job

Yes, this car requires maintenance like all other vehicles. But, if you take care of the car, it will take care of you! I still drive this thing to keep the cost of automobile ownership down and have surpassed 150K miles. Looking to get as many miles out of this car and I am optimistic based on how well it has performed thus far. Car does not have all the bells and whistles as newer vehicles, but again perfect if you are on a limited budget or prefer to keep your auto cost as low as possible.

3rd owner and it's still great

I'm the 3rd owner of the same Ford taurus wagon in my family and I love the car. It's incredibly reliable in almost any weather condition for me and my only real complaint would be the MPG but that's negligible.

Great car

This car is the most reliable car I have ever owned. In 195000 that I have put on this car, I have only had to replace the O2 sensor. The outside of the car is a little boring but when you get inside you really feel like you have an excellent car. If you are thinking about getting a used car, this is the most reliable for the money.

2002 taurus

Purchased in 2008 with 93,000 , now has 242,816 miles. regular upkeep , oil changed 4-5,000,needed to change front struts, springs broke, changed radiator, gas sensor, and now the rear struts need to be replaced ,both springs are broken, would think Ford would make them better!! Also not the best heater , getting ready to retire the ol girl

Safe car must read review

Great car with ok gas millage. I had a Taurus ses until I rolled off a cliff in the desert. It rolled 4 or 5 times but my passanger and I walked out of the car without a scratch. The body style isn't really a young persons car, in my opinion , I'm only 20 however I'm glad the taurus was the car I picked or I might not had walked away. The car however was totaled by geico. I have had 3 car in the last year none have been as good as my taurs was. I'm currently saving to buy another one. P.s. Not good drift cars they may go off a cliff :)

Goodbye taurus

Purchased mine brand new in 2002 & just traded it Jan. 2013. My taurus lasted all those years without any mechanical problems until a few weeks ago, was very reliable & has taken me all over the southeastern USA with no issues. I would have kept it longer but finally, after all this time, the transmission went out of it. I decided to trade it in versus fixing it. If you are looking for a great older, used car, I'd recommend this model to anyone. :)

Nice

No complaints on this vehicle. Have had used several years, and needed to repair at times, but it has served use well.
