Too many negatives!!! Shame on Ford.

Driver Head room inadequit. Actuator door & motor are crap. Front passenger seat way to low. Great trunk space. Air circulation horrible. 1995 Merc Sable much better.

VERY Underrated Car

This car is spectacular. It is very stylish, roomy, powerful and most importantly, reliable. The detailing is awesome; from the chrome accents on the exterior to the neon blue lights in the interior. I get compliments everyday, such as "That's a Taurus? That looks like a high end luxury car!" Fun fact: It is!

Pretty decent all around Sedan

The car is a bit big and clunky feeling. For those who prefer a more precise control might feel uneasy here, but if you?re in it for the long cruise, it?s pretty comfortable. Great for families, decent speed, and plenty of room for traveling.

Fun car

A great car, good gas milage for a full size sedan, lots of trunk room and fun to drive. I love this car and hate to see it go.

170000 highway miles

I'm a regional sales rep and put on a lot of highway miles. Purchased this car in 2014 with 50K on the odometer. Sitting at 170K now and have replaced only the rear shock absorbers because one developed a leak. Other than normal wear and tear items (brakes, wipers, tires) this car has been nearly perfect. I get an intermittent check engine light which scanned to be a bad O2 sensor. Funny thing is that before I can get it into the shop to have the sensor changed, the light turns off. The sensor must not be showing a fault to the computer all the time. This check engine light issue has been on and off for the last 50k miles. I'm not fixing it until it comes on and stays on. Milage is 24 highway running 75-80 mph with airconditioner on. I intend to run this car until it has a catastrophic failure. The company pays me nicely for milage so, with the exception of the O2 sensor, I maintain it perfectly. The milage this car gets is 95% highway.
