2019 GMC Terrain consumer reviews

This car is comfy and is great on gas; however, the car runs way past poor. I had the car serviced over 5 times for engine problems withing the first 6 months of owning the vehicle. The engine popped twice while driving with my children in the car which caused the engine power to reduce and need for a tow. I am reporting this car to the BBB!

Gm does not have replacement transmissions or parts for repairs. My car sat on their lot for 2 months, and dealing with their customer support was the worst consumer experience of my life. They lost a life-long Gm customer!

well equipped and comfortable / nice performance even with the basic 1.5L engine / gas mileage is very good / overall quality is good / engine is very quiet

Owner 2 1/2 months not happy Gm should make a vehicle for Manitoba. Coolant problem. Revs at high RPMs. Doesn't even go into auto stop anymore.

I have only owned the vehicle 5 days, easy to drive, comfort good. Easy to see out of windows. Great standard interior features great exterior look of the Terrain. Never had AWD feature very nice . Easy to operate the touch screen.

This car is very comfortable to drive and ride in. Lots of room for backseat passengers and cargo space. I enjoy the keyless feature, toggle gear keys and auto car starter. So happy I purchased this Terrain.

Terrible experience. Three months old and it already has 3 recalls and most of the electronic toys stopped working. Won’t consider GM for any future purchases.

Love it, Will be riding in style for quite awhile. My husband is finally comfortable in something other than his truck. Time for road tripping!

I loved my terrain. Then someone hit it while parked, and GMC, having had a recent strike cannot even predict when the parts will be available to fix it. So I have a terrain with 3000 miles on it but have not driven it for three weeks and cannot even get an ETA on repairs because GMC is not able to provide parts. Would not buy a GMC again.

Have had my 2019 Terrain Diesel for 3 months now and it has just under 5000 miles. My last tank of fuel gave me 39.5 mpg, going over 525 miles . I have no issues and love the room and comfort of the seats (cloth ). I dont have any vibration as described in some reviews either. Sorry if others are having issues, but once they are resolved you too will love the Terrain.
