YE YE

I purchase my jeep brand new, not even 14 miles on it. Got the 3.6 v6, and now has about 43k on it. Aside from minor issues, like having to replace both batteries the first year, and the little electrical quirks it has like the service shifter light that randomly makes an appearance, and the radio getting messed up from an update, (which was covered under the warranty) I love my jeep. It has plenty of acceleration, so much so that I’ve considered lowering and supercharging it like the big brother SRT model. Obviously, every vehicle has its quirks, and thankfully so far I’ve only kept up with the oil changes (moderately) I haven’t had to replace anything at all aside from the batteries. But, instead of buying oem, I upgraded to the yellow top optima and haven’t had any issues. Even has enough juice to jump my diesel that constantly dies! Over all this was a great purchase, hopefully it lasts at least to 200k

Buyer beware!

The jeep overall is a nice comfortable vehicle, but mechanically it's junk. In the past year I've had nothing but problems out of the 3.2 V6. First, the cams, cam followers, and tappets had to be replaced,( happens to about every 3.2 before 100,000 miles, the cam followers are made cheap and go out, scoring the cams.) then it started springing oil leaks, now, it's burning oil at the rate of a quart every 800 miles or so. Was told this is acceptable for over 50,000 miles. If I knew this back when I bought it, I never would have even considered it.

Most reliable car I ever owned

Wasn’t the car I was looking for at first. But after I test drove it I feel in love with it. And it was in my price range.

Very reliable

Owned this car for half a year now, had 31000 when purchased, 2nd owner. Now has 36000 miles. Only thing wrong was drivers side rear door paint bubble but fully repaired by car dealer purchased from. Have the 3.2l six. Super smooth Mercedes like! Great in the snow!!! I have also a 2002 keep grand Cherokee with the 4.0 straight six with 256000 miles still running strong! Keeps are incredible! Highly recommend these vehicles!!

Worst vehicle ever owned. Even worst than the 2014

Vehicle is totally unreliable. Wont start has Powertrain defect widely know by engineers since 2014 as I was lead to believe. 2017 same problems. If you need your vehicle to drive steer clear of this one
