2015 Jeep Renegade consumer reviews

I didn't follow my own advice and bought the Renegade the first year introduced. Have had my issues with this vehicle especially the 9-spped transmission. It has had the computer updated every time it is in the shop. It still jerks and clunks at 15 & 30 mph. The Service Dept says they can't feel it and the car is shifting the way it is designed. If that is the case, then Chrysler has big problems!

It is meeting all my needs, plenty of room with the back seats down to carry my paddle board. Wish it had a CD player .

My Renegade sent more time at a garage then it should have. I traded with 36,000 miles because it left me sitting on Easter.

This is a great car. The high roof line gives this compact SUV a much larger feel than it is. Love all of the Jeep symbols incorporated within the design. The manual 6-way drivers seat is great. For those that are a little shorter it allows you to sit higher. The telescoping steering wheel is also a great advantage. For safety love the bluetooth and getting text messages on the screen that are read out loud. Overall for the price this is a great SUV.

Comfortable and affordable! Me and my family needed a decently sized family suv that made us feel comfortable and couldn't be happier!

My finance bought this vehicle fresh off the lot, still had the packaging. Since then the driver side door has been "whistling" while we drive, taken in 3 times and still no fix. Recently the 2nd cooling fan broke randomly almost causing the engine to overheat in a matter of minutes. This has been nothing but a problem for use after the first 3 months and we cannot wait to trade it in.

Anyone who loves Jeeps but don't have the money for a Liberty or Grand Cherokee! This is a low budget for the Jeep experience..

Although I feel like the seats could be a little more comfortable and the stance could be a little taller, I have loved this car so far. It's been my weekend warrior!

Fun smaller car, but roomy inside for family. Great on gas mileage large enough trunk for our needs. No complaint yet.

After driving 2 previous jeeps spanning 24 years, I decided to try something new just for fun. I lost a lot of money buying 3 cars that were not jeeps over the course of 4 months, I realized that only a jeep will do. I bought a used Renegade and am having fun driving again. After 10 years of driving this car, I will never look at another brand. This is the only make of car for me - forever!
