2017 Kia Optima consumer reviews

This care met all my expectations and needs. I traded in a 2008 Cadillac. This KIA far exceeded the quality of the Cadillac. No more GM products fro me and I have been a GM buyer for over 50 years. Counting myself and my 3 sons there are 5 Kia owners.

I bought my kia 2.4l fe used with 22k. I didn't make my firts payment before the engine went out! I have to admit KIA did step up gave me a new engine as well as lifetime warranty and a rental vehicle while mine was in the shop. Another problem is that the trim pieces are falling off, and i baby this car.

This car met all my needs, a lot of space for driver and passenger, good interior design, the only one sad thing I noticed - poor noise cancellation so it's quite noisy in comparison with Toyota Camry in example.

It meets all my needs. Lots of space. Well made. Love the back up camera. It’s a safe car in case of an accident. The material seats are easy to clean when they get messy. The engine is really good on the optima. Love the design, it feels like a luxury vehicle at a better price.

Great Experience!!! We had an awesome experience with the staff at Sons Kia. Especially Karee "Kobe" and EJ, going the extra mile on our behalf. We had some challenges that were unforeseen, and we just appreciate how dedicated they were to seeing our process all the way through.

It is awesome I think I will be holding on to it for awhile. This car gets such great gas mileage and very comfortable. Love it

This vehicle is better than what I expected, I would definitely recommend this vehicle to a friend. It’s very roomy and comfortable to drive in.

My wife loved this car, I read the reviews and so far have not regretted our decision to buy a Kia. Once seats are adjusted, it is a great traveling vehicle and gas mileage on the open road is far better than any other car I have owned. The engine and cabin are too quiet for a car of this price which is great for us.

This car rides well, is comfortable and has plenty of room. It has been very reliable and easy to drive in the city or on the highway. It would be hard to beat for the price.
