Great car if the transmissions weren't junk
It's a beautiful car. It drives great and I struggled to rate the reliability and such b/c the engine and other components have worked flawlessly. That said, the transmission has always been awkward at best. This is my second Lexus. I bought it used with low mileage while still under the factory warranty so it was by no means ragged out when I got it. The 2000 model I owned before this one had over 225k miles with only basic maintenance and no major issues when I bought my 2013. Some days the 2013 shifts smoothly, others it jerks and can's seem to find the right gear. When cold, it makes a noise like a bad power steering pump. Dealer and everyone I spoke to said all of that is normal on this generation. There are no user serviceable parts on the transmission. You can't even check the fluid. It has to be done with the car dead level, on a lift, at a specified temp and hooked up to a Toyota computer. At 99k miles, it bit the dust. It did so in the middle of the supply chain disruption and I was without the car for months. Several thousand dollars later, I got it back. The shop took it too gave me the scoop on the transmissions in these models being well known to be problematic and having multiple design flaws that cause them to fail prematurely. So now it's back and performs as new - searching for the right gear, noisy when cold, randomly jerky shifts. I have no doubt my old bulletproof 2000 model is still cruising the roads somewhere. I wish I'd kept it. I really expected better quality from Lexus. As much as I like everything else about the 2013, I can't get in it without wondering when the transmission will go again. I've considered trading it but prices have skyrocketed and that is A LOT of money to drop on a vehicle, not knowing if they've corrected the inherent flaws in the new models or kept the same poor quality control and added new flaws to the mix.

Sweet car!
I have owned it for barely two months and I'm so in love with virtually everything both the exquisite interior and the bougous exterior linings, it's a great car and its worth every penny. I will highly recommend it for anyone wanting a classic and comfort laced car for a change.

Most comfortable and reliable car out there!
This car is in excellent shape, has low mileage and is great to drive. I wouldn't hesitate to sell it to a family member or friend because i know they'll love this car! It uses regular gasoline and gets 31 MPG on the highway.

Nicest car we have owned
Had a Lexus previously as well as other family members and frankly we are spoiled by the cars. It was our first choice for replacing the older Lexus ES 350.

The most reliable car ever
This car has passed my requirement, very reliable and fun to drive. This car could handle very narrow sharp turn, good acceleration, and very easy to maneuver.

Phenomenal vehicle
Absolute gem. Pretty much perfect for reliability and performance. 2013 and drives like a brand new vehicle. A truly wonderful experience as far as used vehicles go, couldn’t ask for anything more.

Very reliable, good performance.
Very comfortable on trips or around town. Not a sports car, but very capable handling. Using the multi-function display is a little quirky. Dont try using it while driving it can be a distraction. Fun to drive.

Bad Locking system over $2,000 to repair it
Off to a bad start with this vehicle and the bad locking system was not mentioned prior to the purchase which is over $2,000. Probably forever upset with the dealership for not being forthright. Wouldn’t recommend it to friends or enemies.
