2015 Lexus GX 460 consumer reviews

Very comfortable ride and seats, reliable, and great visibility. Love the Mark Levinson sound system, it is excellent! We bought it 10 months ago with 53,000 miles on it and still looks and drives like brand new. I love how whisper quiet it is, no road noise, and there is not a squeak or rattle anywhere in the vehicle. Lexus is definitely in a class of it's own. It is so easy to keep it showroom clean, which makes it still look brand new. When seeing it, no one believes it is 9yrs old.

I am impressed with this vehicle. It is comfortable and stylish. However, I wish that Lexus had a turbo option as this V8 I find to be a little sluggish.

Purchased new in 2015. Overhauled the brakes at 72,216 miles. Replaced the battery 2 months ago at 91,501 miles (it never failed) replaced on the advice of my Toyota service tech. Nothing else but oil/filter changes (only mobil one used in the vehicle). Now has 93,887 miles on it and it is still quiet enough to have a normal conversation going down the interstate at 70MPH. Very comfortable to drive. Have considered trading for a new one, but I think I'm going to keep it and just see how far I can go with it. Yes, I'm familiar with the Law of Diminishing returns.

I put over 115,000 miles. Bought new. Roomy, nice looking. Comfortable and had a great luxury ride. Plenty of room for the kids. Zero mechanical problems. Owned for 5 years...never let me down. One has to look far and wide to find a more reliable car than a Lexus.

Perfectly fits my need, it's very reliable. carries the old-school SUV torch with sturdy body-on-frame construction, full-time four-wheel drive and a beefy V8 engine under the hood

Comfortable and refined, yet with off-road capability. Has all the room I need. I don't really need all the high tech stuff, but will use it as I become accustomed to it.

A great all-around car... Extremely reliable with very comfortable front seats. The second row and third rows are nowhere near as comfortable as the front. The ride quality is excellent and I love the Mark Levinson Soundsystem. This is one of the best cars I’ve ever owned

I drive approx 25k per year- primarily business miles. My wish list was luxury, reliability, and better than average resale. I couldn’t be more happy with my GX460- it checked all the boxes!! Although I am not too worried about the resale aspect, since I don’t plan an trading any time soon! I had an Audi Q7 prior to my GX and there is no comparison. My GX Handles wonderfully on the highway- perfect road trip vehicle. As an added bonus, regular maintenance and repairs such as brakes are less than half than they were with my Audi!

Aside from the legendary Lexus quality; this car drives well, looks beautiful and handles great. My wife enjoys driving her SUV and we are sold on Lexus for life.
