A BOLD AND MODERN LOOKING SUV PERFECTLY SIZED!!

I purchased the NX 300H in Northern California on 12/24/14. Before buying this car, I looked closely at the BMWX3, Audi Q5 and the Acura RDX. I liked the BMW but felt the styling was a little dated and also the BMWs long term reliability and maintenance cost after the warranty concerned me. The RDX's styling felt plain outdated and looked boring. The Q5 was a formidable opponent but I simply liked the NX's bolder styling better. I also noted Lexus' overall long history of reliability. I picked the hybrid simply because I wanted performance but reasonable fuel economy. I figured this was a good time to get a decent price on hybrid due to low gas prices. The NX 300H also runs on REGULAR fuel--a plus!! For me, the NX felt perfect--not too big and not too small. It feels bigger than the RAV 4 which I had also considered--but the NX offers the level of luxury which was simply not available on the RAV 4. I find my NX 300H to be very quiet, with a firm controlled ride. The technology is impressive--many reviewers comment negatively on the touch pad but as a long term non mouse laptop user it is simple for me and now I use mostly voice commands to control must functions including the nav, phone and ipod functions. Value is only 3 stars due to difficulty price negotiating. only got a few hundred off the msrp (I guess this was better than paying over the MSRP) but I was not surprised as I had already done price research and noted this was a brand new model. My NX gets attention in the parking lot and it seems other cars like to drive along side to check it out at times. The only thing the NX didn't offer which I had wanted was a panoramic moon roof (it seems toyata/ lexus don't offer any panoramic moon roofs?? Wonder why?), which is available on the Audi Q5 and the BMW x3. My nx came with a regular moon roof, 3 beam led auto high beam head lamps, Blind spot monitor with cross traffic, park assist, "nu luxe" fake leather.

NX 200t F sport

I just purchased a NX 200t F Sport a few days ago, and I love almost everything about it. The styling is aggressive, which I really like. The interior is comfortable and high quality. The engine is great on this car, and is perfect for its size. The seats in the F sport are really comfortable and keep you locked in place with the bolsters. Ride is firm, but comfortable and stearing is also tight. The premium triple beam headlights are really bright, and some people think I have my high beams on. The cornering fog lights are really neat and actually really help to light up turns. Overall just a fantastic suv, and I am in love with it. The only reason I gave the car 4 stars for value, is that they are not negotiating off MSRP right now, so had to pay almost full price.
