2018 Lexus RX 350 consumer reviews

My 2nd RX350. My 2019 RX350 was very nice, but my seat was uncomfortable. I purchased a used 2018 RX350 F Sport - so happy with this car! All the great upgrades and very comfy leather seats. Heater and fanned seats, heated steering wheel, great power, amazing handling, awesome stereo, use my Spotify on cell through bluetooth. So happy with this dependable SUV!

Our 3rd Lexus. 2000ES 300, RX350, RX350AWD These cars are bulletproof. Only maintenance is oil change, tires, brakes. That’s it! You can get it maintained for less at any Toyota dealer.

Bought 2018 Lexus RX 350 used in February of 2022. It was 3.5 years old at that time and had only 24k miles. Paid $32,660 and then 8% taxes (NY State). When it was new it was over $61K. The paperwork was inside the glove compartment. It is a comfortable and powerful car. It has all available options, apart from heated and electric back seats, which I don’t need. I am glad they not electric. It is much faster to put them down by hand. The gas mileage in the city is not great, 16 miles per gallon, but it is great on a highway. When I drive by myself on a highway I get 28 miles per gallon. Mark Levinson sound system and head-up display are great. I upgraded and installed integrated video camera to record everything and added wireless Apple car play and android auto. Installed both myself. It was easy. In these almost two years of driving I put only 10,000. Of course with only 34,000 miles I don’t have any issues. I change oil every 5,000 and that is it. I plan on keeping this car as long as it works. Most likely 20+ more years. I wish the gas mileage was better in the city, but it is what it is. This car is the best on a highway. You don’t feel tired and don’t feel any stress when you are on a highway. It feels like as if I am sitting home on my couch. In heavy traffic on a highway I turn on adaptive cruise and lane keep assist. and let car drive itself - it is fun and relaxing. It gives me time to relax. I love my car.

You buy toyotas for exactly 1 reason: reliability. But you give up styling & comfort to get that. The ride is waaay too rough & bouncy for a $55k++ SUV. Headroom is tight for American Males. Seats are adequate--but not in the league of an X5, Mercedes E or Jeep Grand Cherokee. And lightyears away from the smooth ride if a Lincoln Aviator. But the RX pretends to be at that level but at a better price--and it is NOT at that level of luxury or comfort. The RX's shortcomings in ride &comfort become annoyingly obvious on 1-2 hour drives. Enough so to have me shopping Grand Cherokee, Mercedes, Cadillac, BMW & Lincoln after just 1 year with the RX. ( I drive about 35k miles/ year).

Many cars, many years later...bought my first RX 350. They drive like a dream. Quick response, good gas mileage, interior is super comfy in leather and the storage in back is great for my sports and music obsessions. I will buy another, as this is the first car where the only time I needed to put it in the shop was oil changes, breaks and new tires. It is the most dependable car I've ever owned. Volvo xc90 before this car was a nightmare, BMW & Mercedes fickle costly repairs, Turbo cars etc...bye, bye!

The Rx 350 is not measuring up to expectations in terms of gas mileage, cargo space, rear door opener, power, friendly tech. The grill is an acquired taste, as is the 8 speed trans. Drive it 2 days before you buy. It's a Lexus. Looks good in any parking lot. The quiet ride is great as is entry and exit.

I’ve owned Mercedes, Infinity, and BMW. LEXUS is in a class of its own. It is a strong car, drives like a dream, beautiful interior, options are great and performance is outstanding. This is my third Lexus ... need I say more.

I feel very comfortable driving this car and love the interior. It is very easy to handle and rides well. It is great for long distances. I like the coffee cup when you are tired and not staying in the lane.

The styling is awesome. Its luxurious interior, Its roomy, I love the driver assist safety features, the drive is smooth, sound system is awesome, the seat are comfortable and hugs your body. A really solid car.

2018 RX 350 has the latest technology to enhance highway driving. Interior is rich in quality. Styling is elegant. Sturdy on the road. Outside finish lends it easy to keep clean
