I had the absolute best experience buying my RX350 from

I had the absolute best experience buying my RX350 from Hendricks Lexus of Pleasanton. Absolutely no pressure, and my sales person was so knowledgeable. To be fair, he sells a great product which makes it easier but he still put in 100% effort and I sox months later I absolutely love my car. I have had it serviced and the experience has extended to that as well with caring, obviously happy staff that treat customers as family. They even videoed my service appointment to show me how everything was going! My RX350 is a space ship! It is so comfortable, so luxurious and feels so safe with so many features. It handles so well, has great pick up and the seats are incredibly comfortable. Features like camera rear view mirrors, heated steering wheel and the assisted driving are things I just didnt expect but am spoiled to enjoy!

Compared to my 2022 Lexus RX350 the 2025 RX350 ride is

Compared to my 2022 Lexus RX350 the 2025 RX350 ride is inferior. At 70mph on highways the suspenion produces loud thumps and vibration felt on every expansion crack in the concrete. Even at lower speeds the sound of every minor pothole creates a noisy thump. The 19" wheels have recomended air pressure in the tires. The the rear seat divider has a rattle deep in the hinge mechanism. I tried shims but nothing stops it. The large touch screen has too many options and is a distraction when changing simple functions and requires too many screen chages. Answering or making phone calls is not simple. However here is a 620 page owners manual explaining all the functions. Another annoyance is the seat belt alarm which is loud and stays on until seats are buckled which is annoying. If your going from one end of the mall parking lot to the other, a 20 second drive at idle spped you dont need the seat belt on but you will hear the ear shattering alarm all the way. Most cars seat belt alarms go off 5 after seconds. For these reasons I give 3 stars to this vehicle
