2014 Mazda CX-5 consumer reviews

This car is beyond reliable and still very stylish and fun to drive. Never had any issues with it and never had to pay more than $30 for gas. The only issue would be that the speakers for my car specifically rumble with the bass.

This car had ample head room and good visibility also pretty comfortable ride and drive. Good value for the features available 6 years ago. One problem I have had, when shutting off car sometimes the electrical system doesnt shut off so I have to turn car back on use the shifter and sort of slam it in park before hitting the button again to shut down

I purchased this car with 69k miles and she drives and feels new. Either the car cleans up well or the dealership detailing team works miracles cause it looks brand new. It's an automatic so get up and go isn't impressive, but I'll trade that for the roomy size and 25-27 mpg! The only compliant I have is that there is a cold spot near the driver's left leg. I don't know if it's an insulation problem or a minor air gap (there is no noise so thinking poorly insulated. Hoping to driver her to 200k just like the little Rav4 she replaced.

This car is very reliable and has convenient features. It's comfortable to travel long distances in and can hold everything you need to bring on a trip.

I’m 6’2 the car is easy for me to get in and out of it’s comfortable and it’s a very quiet ride. Originally I was a little nervous being that this would be the first Mazda that I owned but so far no regrets.

This car has plenty of legroom, excellent sound system, all around great handling and comfort. It's a wonderful vehicle and anyone should be happy to have one!

The car meets all of my needs. It has plenty of space in the front and back. It great compared to other cars I've driven. I feel safe in it. Like to use bluetooth and usb port for me music and had no issues. It drives well in snow. And the steering and handling is great.

This car was perfect for my needs. Good gas mileage, sporty look and feel yet with the hatch and seats folded down can carry plenty of cargo.

I recently traded mine in for a Buick Encore, reason being it was just too large for me and the gas was not the best. It is a very safe SUV with great space. I did notice though in the rain, I could not take off right away because my tires would skid. I found myself putting tons of money into gas, and I'm not the fastest driver. This SUV is great for a family or for people on the go. It was very safe though, so I felt comfortable 24/7.

So far I really like this Mazda CX-5 Touring. It actually has some features that my wife's 2016 Honda CR-V EX doesn't, like blind spot warnings and a XM-Sirius radio. The ride is firmer than the Honda's. It has a longer wheelbase but the steering feels more responsive and it has an equal or better turning circle. It has good crash safety and with the blutooth stereo and steering wheel buttons you can use your cell phone "hands free." I bought this for my daughter who is starting college and I feel it was a great choice for her.
