Not Overly Impressed
The car has a nice look, but the cabin noise is louder than expected. If you intend to test drive this vehicle you should drive it on a BUSY highway to better gauge cabin noise. Interior window fogging in temperatures below 25 degrees...all windows but back, very frustrating. Interior design OK, start button right behind the steering wheel, which is a definite design flaw. Cup holders could be moved forward a bit. Make sure your phone syncs with the car, as people tell me it sounds like I am speaking with a retainer when I call them. Mazda dealer said it might be my LG android. Nice ride...transmission takes about 1500 miles to "learn" how you drive. Navigation system acceptable. Seats appeared to be very comfortable when test driving but not so much when driving all the time. Honestly, not all that impressed. I will see how it performs over time, so the reliability rating should be ignored.

I love my Mazda, however
Eight months into owning a beautiful car we had to to repair center console latch. And now the music selector button beside the navigation button does not reset to its proper height. I hope the interior hardware does not continue to deteriorate. Minor issues but takes a lot of time to get the repair done. Come on Mazda ? you can do better?

Mazda CX-5 Review
Awesome car for an awesome price! I needed something dependable and affordable, and wanted something cute and fun. The Mazda CX-5 sport was all that and more! I had heard that they could be a bit sluggish, but I have found that the CX-5 has all the "get up and go" I desire! Couldn't ask for a better car for the money. I highly recommend that anyone looking for a crossover check out the Mazda CX-5!

Fine vehicle
Purchased new. Handles like a fine car. Takes turns with minimum lean, and driving position for me (5'7) is excellent. The seating for driver is comfortable and with the power seat just about any driving position is possible. The interior is well thought out, with an entertainment system that is easy to master. The exterior design is appealing.

WONDERFUL CAR !!
Love our AWD CX-5 Grand Touring . Great vehicle, and we are Snowbirds and enjoy driving the Mazda on our long trips to SW Fla. Wish the passenger seat was Power ( no option ) and gas mileage on a trip is only 27.5 avg. , not 30 mpg as advertised. Memory drivers seat would be great, Honda CRV offers power passenger seat and drivers Memory setting . We do love our Soul Red Mazda.

Underrated!
You just don't see enough Mazda's on the road. They are a solidly built and fun driving machine. The CX-5 is no exception. All around the top of its class.

Perfect midsize SUV
Best midsize SUV vehicle. Drove several other midsize SUV's before purchasing the Mazda Touring CX-5. Very smooth ride, very comfortable and very reasonable price. You won't be disappointed.

Love love love my CX5!!!!
A great AWD vehicle that is fun to drive. It handles well in the snow, wind and ice, which makes it a great car for Canadian winters. The sky active technology helps adjust the tires while driving on ice and snow which helps in maintaining control of the vehicle. The interior is well designed and the navigation console is easy to see, read and access. The seats are comfortable and the inside is roomy. Definitely a vehicle to do long trips in as it is aerodynamic so you don't know if it is windy and it makes driving easy. The safety features with lane checking is a nice feature. The vehicle has a sporty mode (which can be turned on or off) which makes it fun to drive on clear dry days. It has great passing power for a 4 cylinder motor especially when the zoom zoom button is pushed. I can't say anything bad about this vehicle and I would recommend anyone interested to test drive it. I absolutely love my CX5!!!

CX 5 is best crossover, so far
We are three weeks into our lease on a CX-5, and we really love it. Great drive, so much so that we make excuses to take the car out. It's simple in its interior styling, but it's sporty, and we like that. We have the Touring, and we're happy to have made that choice, as it has the lane change warning. The rear camera is very large, better than the ones on competitors, and the dashboard and seat styling is sporty. We love the acceleration on the 2.5 L, and we handling, braking and suspension are top in the class. We read the reviews on this car and others before we decided. Finally, we narrowed our choice to the Subaru Forester, the Honda CR-V, the Ford Escape and the CX-5. We discounted the Honda CR-V because the 2015 has a vibration problem that has brought it many bad consumer reviews. After that, we thought the CX-5 gave use the best car for the money at the trim level we liked. Nothing wrong with the Forester and Escape, but the higher trim levels were more expensive than our CX-5 was. We continue to be happy, and that's good for me, because while my wife is the main driver, I have always been a Mazda lover.
