2019 Mazda CX-5 consumer reviews

I love this vehicle. From the exterior design and aggressive front grill to the high quality interior, the Mazda CX-5 has been a great purchase. It has a luxury feel on the interior (I purchased the Signature trim) and simply put, it's fun to drive. I previously owned a Mazda, then got a Honda, and had to get back into a new Mazda because of the driving experience compared to the Honda that I owned. It's true, Mazda's just handle differently and it makes the driving experience that much more enjoyable.

My experience with previous CR5 was so good I decided to upgrade with a 2019 model with fun upgrades and new warranty. Very pleased with my choice

I leased a 2016 and then bought a 2019. The 2019 is a great update that is a lot quieter and smoother on the road, with some useful options like radar cruise control in a lot of the standard packages. I have the Grand Touring and it's a wonderful daily commuter, comfortable road trip machine with kayaks or skis on the roof, and handles a good range of the weather and road conditions that the northwest can dish out. I've even taken this thing up fire roads and through little rivers to backcountry sites and it does a lot better than you might expect. Very stable on snow and ice. Can't recommend it strongly enough.

I went from a 2005 Cobalt to a 2019 CX5. The safety features are amazing. The ride is so quiet and smooth. Would definitely recommend.

This car has been very reliable. The quiet and smooth ride, coupled with all the features, has made this my favorite car, and a great value for the money. The body styling is very attractive. I would highly recommend this car to anyone looking for an SUV.

I wanted a smallish reliable SUV that had low mileage, was rated highly by Consumer Reports, could tow 2000 pounds and looked really nice. My preference was for a metallic blue vehicle. I wanted new technology and this vehicle has a ton. The only thing I noticed after I brought it home was a scratch on the trim in the back. Otherwise it seems perfect. I have only had it for a couple of days so can’t say more yet. Sound system is great with Bose speakers!

only 50k miles and already having expensive out of pocket repairs...bought new and gently driven...POOR customer service from dealership[hiley in ft worth tx]….avoid this car

Purchased a CX5 Signature and absolutely love it. Was driving a 2012 CX9 Grand Touring. Cannot believe the upgrades galore especially with the technology. I feel I got the luxury and performance of a premium brand at a much better price. Very impressed with all of the new features.

I've had my CX-5 Touring for a week now and am loving it! Mazda has done a great job with the exterior design. I wanted all the features of a mid-size SUV but still wanted something that looked sporty. I'm impressed with the ride, the way the car handles and all the safety features included with it. I'd definitely recommend this car!
