This car handles well. Its good on gas and reliable. Once my daughter and test drove it herself. She was in love with it. We had excellent sales people as well.

Not enough great things that I can say about this car. I've owned it for over 2 years, and it has been the best commuter. My girlfriend learned how to drive on it as well. There is a lot of aftermarket support for it despite being an automatic. With a few suspension upgrades the car really cuts corners well! The 2.3 motor really has the zoom zoom effect with a short ram installed. There's tons of cargo space, comparable to a small crossover!! Best bang for your buck!

I have been driving this car for 2 years. I bought it used, with 106K on it. Incredibly reliable. No maintenance cost for 2 full years that I put 30k more miles on it. Still runs great... My next car will be another Mazda 3.

Love to drive it, has great performance for a little car. Gets good gas mileage and has been pretty reliable, with just a couple of unexpected repairs along the way. Going on 10 years now with this car and still is running like new.

SADLY, BUT MUST SELL BECAUSE OF MOVE. THIS CAR HAS BEEN SO GOOD TO ME. VERY WELL TAKEN CARE OF, NO RUST ANYWHERE, NO LEAKS AND LOTS OF FUN TO DRIVE - JUST A GREAT CAR. IT'S GOT A FANTASTIC SOUND SYSTEM AND HAD DELIVERED OVER 33 MPG. MOST MILES ARE HIGHWAY MILES. I PLAN ON GETTING ANOTHER MAZDA HATCHBACK...REALLY!

We had TWO - an automatic and a manual - Mazda3 Hatchbacks, 2008. Both cars lasted well over 200K miles with no issues beyond regular maintenance. They were incredibly reliable, fun to drive, mad comfortable for a family of 4. We even packed a family of 4 for a trip to the Outbanks for 2 weeks in this hatchback! The newer models are even more beautiful with upgraded engines. I can't say enough about these cars - I even had an accident in mine with NO damage to the vehicle - after hitting a deer at 45 MPH, I deserved a dent or something. This is a car for someone who LOVES to drive and who also needs room for a family but doesn't want to go the SUV/Crossover route, and for someone who likes to hold on to their cars - we had them for 10+ years.

I purchased my Mazda3 brand new with only 4 miles on it. I take good care of my cars, but I also expect a lot out of them, as I'm on the road quite a bit. This is one of the best cars I've owned. It gets great gas mileage (34-35mpg), has some zip when you step on the gas, and has been very reliable over the years. It now has 309,000+ miles on it, and is still going strong. Sure, it has a few small issues now. But for 309,000 miles, it's better than I would expect.
