So far so good

When I purchased the car it was used but with low miles. The miles are still low and the car is starting to show its age. I am grateful that the work was able to he completed in my driveway. It's still a good car and i am glad i bought it!!!

If only the transmission didn't slip

I bought this used at 160k miles and it ran beautifully! Until it stopped reversing and started accelerating weird at 172k miles. Otherwise great car!!

Unreliable in for majot repair 6 times/.

car would meet needs if it didn't keep breaking down. repair costs greater than purchase price. underhanded dealer purchased from sell junk and don't back them up. Route 69 auto sales in CT. xxxx to the worst level

My upgrade

I upgraded to an 05 mountaineer from an 07 Ford Focus wagon and I just love it, so much more room, way better in the snow, and I have heated seats and a sunroof, gas mileage isn’t great but I’m also at 176,000 miles. Starts right up for me every day :-)

Most versatile vehicle I have ever owned.

I bought this SUV to carry samples for my business and as a personal vehicle for all other times. Roomy enough for seven, OUTSTANDING premium sound system with subwoofer, manufacturer installed remote starter. My records indicate that in addition to getting through the snow, it also allowed me to visit over 15,000 customers since new.

Most reliable car I've owned

Great value, met all my road transportation needs. The vehicle provides comfort, luxury and space with room for up to eight passengers. Great family SUV.

Great car for towing a boat or family trip!

Bought this car new loaded and with the tow package and we towed our boat and took numerous family trips. Third row seat great for kids. Both middle seats and rear seat fold down to make room for taking a double mattress or a living room chair. Lots of bells and whistles on this super vacation family fun vehicle. Drove it for over 200K miles and it's still in good shape.

Versatile Vehicle

Has 3 rows of seating, but folds down to carry stuff, allows a good vehicle for both people or other things - also can tow

Mountaineer

Gas was super expensive but I miss all the space and seating it was a great vehicle for traveling if you didn't mind the gas prices.
