2017 RAM 1500 consumer reviews

The vehicle began to rust and the leather started to peel at about the one year mark with only 12 500 km on it. The manufacturer and dealer agreed to fix the rust however, not the leather.

My 2017 Ram 1500 Bighorn 4x4 is a great truck. Very smooth handling and many options for drive is great. AWD,RWD, 4x4 high and low . Interior is nice especially the 8.4 screen, Big selling point! Seats are a bit stiff not intolerable. lots of storage within the truck mine is a crew cab. Gas milage with the V6 isn't I do a lot of city driving. Around 20mpg.

I have had my Ram 1500 for about a month now. I have taken on several long drives and it has been an absolute pleasure to drive. Comfortable interior and easy controls. The gas mileage is pretty good considering it's a truck. Over all a great deal for your money.

I've owned many different trucks. I have always liked the styling of the Ram....it's manly. This vehicle has really good pick up and a lot of power. THe ram is a nice ride. It has been very dependable. The inside is very roomy compared to the Ford or Chevy etc. Went on a 1200 mile trip recently and was completely pleased with the ride and performance. even the gas mileage was more then acceptable. Honestly I really like this vehicle. I like the dealership also where we bought the truck and would go there again when I'm in the market for another vehicle. Thank You.

2016 RAM 1500 Big Horn 4x4 Hemi!! This truck has more bells ans whistles that anything I've ever owned. Drives great and has plenty of power!! If you've never driven a RAM, I suggest you give it a try!!

I have the eco diesel gets 30mpg on the highway and 22 mpg in the city. Leather is first class. Smooth ride little engine noise

As of 7100 miles, and 15 months of ownership (lease-ship I guess) the very few things I do not like are: Nag screen on the Uconnect. EVERY.SINGLE.STARTUP. it's some lawyer/disclaimer screen, you can "accept" a million times, and it still comes up, and delays things like the rear view camera. There are a couple of spots where the factory left something stuck that got painted over. Not cool. 1 is in a door jamb, so that's easy enough to not notice, although it looked like sand... and the other is dead middle of the bedside. Not cool. The rotary knob is difficult. Seriously. I drive for work, and have a van and another truck at home, so this is the only thing I have that doesn't have a knob, and with it being so close to the volume and the HVAC blower switch, I have the problem (still) of turning the wrong switch. I have tossed it in Park once while running down the road... which luckily the electronics didn't do. But I've changed volume and blower more times than I care to remember, instead of going into Drive, or Reverse... you know what I'm getting at, you've done it too. Just admit it. The little pockets on the dash don't serve much purpose, but they're there. That is all the negative, that's it. Yes, it's by in large just these piddley little gripes. POSITIVES: 8 SPEED TRANSMISSION IS HALL OF FAME WORTHY! Fantastic, quick responding, even with a 300 some HP v6, this thing hauls it around town, completely at home in traffic. Gets up to speed, and back down to a stop just great, the handling is like a big, tall car. It's amazing, does not feel like a truck at all. I've owned other brands, this thing has shown it's the cream of the crop, the interior comfort, the ride, the handling, the power, the smooth tranny, this thing IS GREAT!!!! Even the factory stereo ROCKS! This is the first vehicle I haven't replaced the stereo in, ever. I will add a sub at the end of the lease when I buy it out, but I'm actually pretty okay without it, but I will add it later. In a sentence: Very solid truck, runs great, looks great, has a ton of upside, and is a steal compared to what the other trucks are charging for their trucks.

It?s a truck and a car at the same time. It?s fun to drive and very useful vehicle to going around. Have a truck to get whatever you need and a car that fits 6 people to go anywhere
