Loved my 2005 but it was time...... :-( . This thing has as much power as my Hemi did and its only a 6 cylinder. Comfortable and all the amenities without the colossal price tag. Thanks!

This truck rides more like a car then a truck. The 5.7 Hemi engine sounds great and has lots of power. The Auto 4wd feature is a great feature, it works like AWD would in a car. I love the silver and chrome mix on my truck it looks awesome. The best part about this Ram was the price. So many rebates available it got my payment down to where I couldn't say no to the offer I received. The infotainment center is also one of the great oart of the truck. All in all my Ram 1500 4x4 Big horn was a great investment for me. No buyers remorse here...

Good fuel economy, exterior styling , comfortable. It is better than my 2017 Ram. I love the quality of the seats. and the radio. It tows nicely.

I traded in a Silverado 4 x 4 high country on this new 2018 1500 Ram Lamarie Longhorn 4 x 4. The ram's ride is far and above the ride in the Silverado. I love everything about the vehicle and happy I switched.

The eight speed transmission is a real bore and is takes a while to get through all those gears from a stop. Preferred my old 2013 Ram 1500 Hemi. Seats are a bit too plush...ever sat on a stuffed animal for hours? The new electronic shifting knob is also an unwelcome new feature. When making a quick turn around it can take a while for the gears to engage leaving you revving your engine moving no where. No more "automatic 4 wheel" option, only 4 low and 4 lock...not good for snowy days on more traveled roads. My upper glove compartment lacks a door to close it...it is an open cavity and rather useless. Yes, this is a more basic model than my older Big Horn but Ram couldn't skimp any more than they did here. My last Ram lasted 132,000 miles (which isn't great) before needing new control arm and lifters. Hear that 2019 Ram is going to be a doozy. Wish my old one didn't die so young.

I feel that Ram has done there home work and has produced a great truck. I use this truck for pleasure and work it does the job well.

The truck was purchased at about 30% below sticker using Chrysler Credit. I drove the truck for its first 1000 miles yesterday. I have the V6 version. Unbelievable in the comfort and ride. Very smooth and little noise. The only complaint, but It is really not, is the MPG above 75mph. It would only get about 20. If you can drive at 65, it gets more than the EPA 25mpg. I was impressed. I have to change my driving habits from driving a car at 5 over the speed limit to the speed limit or less to get the great gas mileage I need. Thanks Chrysler.

I absolutely love the Ram 1500 and will be the only truck I purchase will recommend this vehicle to everyone I know that has a landscaping company or needs it for towing hauling

Hands down leader of the truck market! This being my 4th one of this bodystyle and all of them being used to tow (7000 -10000lbs) plowing and hauling,and all being replaced due to high mileage (90k or more) ram trucks are a well built pick up with work in mind.
