2018 RAM 1500 consumer reviews

In my few weeks owning this RAM 1500, it has exceeded my expectations. I have put on over 1,000 miles, including through mountains, carried heavy loads, and run around town. Gas mileage has exceed my expectations. Handing is excellent.

I do not know where to start, this truck has been the worse vehicle I have ever owned, nothing but problems. They have changed quite a few electrical modules on the truck since I bought it new and only has 65 000 Km on it now. The back up camera works when it wants to, the truck starts when it wants to, sometimes the transmission does not engage and appears to remain in park. Chrysler Canada always asks the dealer to erase the code and send the customer away and basically hope it does not happen again and well of course it happens again so they waste your time some more. Truck still has problems they do not know whats wrong so they blamed all the problems on an aftermarket brake controller so they removed it and told me to go home and see if it happens again and it sure did. The chrome on the bumper is rusting from inside out keeping in mind this truck is 2 years old. They blame the issues now on towing.... um was this not designed to tow. Since new if I hook up my 16ft tandem trailer empty the truck squats, it can not handle any weight, my wife's ford edge handles the trailer better and I'm not kidding. Overall I recommend you buy anything but a Chrysler unless you plan on using it like a Prius, because it can not compete with any other truck, it tows terrible, terrible fuel economy, electrical nightmare and Chrysler does not care for its customers at all. Like I feel like I am not asking to much by just asking for it to function as it should.

This is the second Ram I have owned. I enjoyed my old one an now am enjoying my new one. I went from a 2005 Ram to a 2018 Ram.

Great truck. Features are awesome. MPG is good for the size of truck. Would recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious truck with function. 2 thumbs up.

Sharp looking truck inside and out. Plenty of extra features.Smooth ride and love the power. The hemi doesn’t disappoint. Lots of room in the second row for the kinds.

This vehicle has met all of my needs we can fit our kids and dogs in the back was plenty of room. Drives excellent in the city and on the highway!

I am very pleased with the truck. Certified, absolutely great looking. My only disappointment is the bumper had damage that I missed, but also was not notified by dealer even though certified. Lesson learned.

I purchased a 2018 Ram Big Horn. What I love about it the most is, the comfort. With this much power and it drives so smooth. It’s fantastic! Always felt like you get more bang for your buck with a Ram.

This truck has met all of my needs and surpassed my expectations. I absolutely love it! One of my favorite features is the HEMI. It has the most get up and go out of any truck that I have ever owned.

after I purchased the vehicle I noticed the bed liner was stained because they washed it and was not noticeable at the time. Also only after a couple days of having the vehicle the AC has stopped working.
