classic good looks

I love the visability. I'm very short and this car is perfectly sized for me. It's also got all the "bells and whistles" I need that make driving it so easy. I think the styling in front reminds me of a Lexus ( silly me) and when it's cleaned and waxed, it looks fabulous. It also gets amazing gas mileage.

Very reliable and economical vehicle. 40 MPG.

I enjoyed driving this car. It is reliable, and economical with 40 MPG. It is sold now as Yaris sedan. The car I drove was a manual, making it more fund to drive. The car is a Mazda 2 with a Scion label, now a Toyota label. The parts occasionally are not in supply at your local Toyota dealer as it is a Mazda, and that supply chain issue should have been resolved by now as this car really has been sold by Toyota dealers for close to 4 years now. The Yaris label applies only to this vehicle now, as the other Yaris has been discontinued.

I would not recommend this car. Horrible experience with it. Accelerates very poorly. Interior is very cheap falls apart. Had to invest so much on maintaining vehicle.

An absolute blast to drive

New car shopping a picked up a 2019 Toyota Yaris (scion ia). Let me just say this car is an absolute blast. This car is extremely light and being it only makes 106 hp, you don’t really notice unless you come up to a hill. Very zippy around town, and high speed handling is phenomenal on the highway. Fuel mileage is outrageous! I average between 42-44 mpg with the 6 spd manual. Interior is very well laid out, the materials look and feel much higher quality than any of the other sub compacts. Pretty much every option is standard, and the sound system jams out! My only complaint is I’m 6’0 and it takes a bit to get comfortable. Other than that, you cannot beat it and I don’t think there is any other new car out there for less than $20 grand that can beat this thing!!!

Extremely good on gas.

Fuel efficient. Best for a single person/couple with no kids. Lacking back seat space for adults. big trunk space, attractive design/interior. Great compact car cost.

Not very suitable for New England driving

Reliable and fuel efficient but that’s about it... Nice for a summer car, but not really designed to tolerate bad weather and rough roads- I just can’t see this car surviving too many more of these Massachusetts winters, and I just financed it in December 2018!!

Most reliable car I’ve ever owned before!

This car is excellent on gas. The hands off features makes it so much easier for me and also safer for answering all my calls

Great car for commute

Great gas, fun to drive. I wish the seats were a little more comfy but that's it. I like the infotainment system and the app for mileage.

Great Ride

This is great on gas mileage and has an amazing sound system. The best thing about it is the apps and the technology it uses.
