2010 CC
I have the R-Line package on my CC-it looks gorgeous, I have absolutely zero problems with it since picking it up in June of 2010. Great car, fun to drive and remarkable fuel efficiency. I consistently get 32-34 mpg on the highway. I would definitely recommend this car.

Troublemaker
The car looks great, that's true. But after ten months only the list of problems is impressive: first the trunk did not open properly then the gear shift broke and the car had to be towed. It took five hours till road side assistance showed up. After my complaints the only reaction of Volkswagen US was an email with a customer survey. Two months later I experienced the next problem with the gear stick. After four days I got the car back - the gear stick worked. For exactly one and a half day. As I said in the beginning, the car is beautiful - but I expected it to drive, too.

2010 2.0t Passat CC
Have 4000 km on my new CC and have been very impressed with the car. Performance has been surprising for 2.0L displacement. Gas mileage has been great. Only negative is premium gas, but this is big time out weighed by my overall satisfaction.

Good Bang for the Buck
Its a great luxury sport car to drive for the money especially with the 3 year 30,000 mile free maintenance program. I love the way my "10 CC sport 6speed handles. Turns are fun! Interior is a little bit cramped though. Head space is limited and its hard to shift when u have cups in the cup holder. The only issue I've had (1,000 miles driven so far) is my lower left sub-frame bolt became un- torqued and loose resulting in a clunking noise when I turned. VW diagnosed and fixed the problem right away.

Watch out for window leaks!
Purchased a 2010 CC in May, after washing it for the first time we found the two rear stationary windows leak. The dealership water tested it and found "no leaks - car is performing to VW specs" They told us it only leaks when high pressure water is used. OK - we can't wash our car with a garden hose??!! We were not happy with the way the service department handled our problem. We then contacted VW of America and utimately was told the same thing. There is an apparent design flaw that VW will not acknowledge. We are VERY disappointed with the attitude taken by VW! We were told we have to live with a car with windows that leak when you wash it! It is a very expensive car - it should not leak. POOR customer service. VW should have a recall. BUYER BEWARE!!!

My first new car
This is my first new car purchase. I drive 60 miles per day in it and it gets 37 mpg on the highway! Its slow off the line for the first second and then once the turbo kicks in it does have some good acceleration. I get lots of compliments on the styling of the car. It has an expensive look to the inside cabin. The only gripe I have is that I have a vibration sound when accelerating @ around 2500 rpm and the rear seat window button unit pulls completely out of the door! VW better correct this on my scheduled service. Other than what I have listed, I don't think you can find a better sports sedan for the money.

fast & stylish
I own a 1.8tsi VW CC since April of 2009. I have driven the vehicle for 14.000 miles and I haven?t faced any problem yet. Although the engine is 1.8 l it delivers 160 hp and 25.8 Nm torque at 1.500 rpm. Drive is comfortable, handling and brakes are safe. Fuel consumption is very good 7.4l t/100km to 10.00 lt/100km, depends on driving style. A premium car at an affordable price.

Not the Best Transmission
Everything about the car is great except the transmission. When you stop it shifts out of gear and when you need to make a quick stop and a quick start it doesn't happen. There is a lag in the acceleration and it's not a good thing trying to pull into on coming traffic. It gets great mileage, 32.8 on the last trip. For the money I would not recommebnd this car to anyone else.

Great Car Great Price
I have had my CC for about 4 months now and absolutely love it. Recently drove this car on a 3 week 4000 mile road trip with my wife and daughter, and not one of us was ever uncomfortable the entire trip. Every where we stopped people commented on our car. The style is second to none, nothing close to this price range looks near as good. I was considering and Audi A4, and a BMW 3 series, but the CC is every bit as good, for a lot less. Search online and you can find video's comparing it to a Mercedes CLS. At 100 mph the noise in this car is only 4 db higher than the CLS. And while the CLS is a better car it cost nearly twice as much as the CC fully loaded. So the fact that the 2 can even be compared shows how great this car is. And as for it only having 4 seats, my last car had "3" seats in the back, but we were never cruel enough to ever force some one to sit on that back middle seat. If you need to seat 5 or more then this car is simply not for you. The trade off is some of the best 2 rear seats in any car under 50k
