2014 Volkswagen Jetta consumer reviews

I purchased a 2014 Jetta GLI with 45k miles on it in 2016. The previous owner had just done the 40k mile service. Overall ride is fairly stiff, but an absolute blast to drive. I upgraded the brake rotors and pads to increase performance, as well as had my engine tuned from an APR dealer. I now have 90k miles on the Jetta, and all wear has been exactly as expected. Scheduled maintenance is more expensive than compared models, but overall performance is much better, and there are no hidden surprises.

I have never had to worry about mechanical issues with my Jetta. It has run perfectly since the moment I got it. Great gas mileage. Classy and stylish interior. Smooth and zippy. Love it.

This car is very reliable. It's a big sensitive to the gas pedal - slightly tap and the thing takes off. Love the leatherette interior. Keeps it very clean!

Ok just wondering why spark plugs went bad at 34 000 miles, dealership not very helpful they could not service my car for one week. It was mis firing. Still under warranty then

I was raised Ford, but this has definitely changed my opinion. It?s luxurious, but practical. It gets great mileage, but?s it?s sporty. This car is definitely a ?me? car.

I have the GLI Autobahn version and it is a really nice all-around car in terms of style, dependability, efficiency (great gas milage), and size.
