I came here because they are up front with everything and the dealership doesn't load the car up with dealer add ons which increases the purchase price substantially. Even thou I didn't make a purchase, I appreciate their no pressure up front dealings.

Took the vehicle in for periodic service for the oil change, tire rotation, and differential fluid change based on the maintenance minder. Prices were competitive for a dealership. My service advisor with whom I trusted for the past 5 years is no longer working there. My secondary choice is Gary but I was assisted by a new advisor and possibly new service manager, Jordan. He was friendly, informative, and attentive to my needs. He followed up with me concerning the findings of the technician through the multi-point inspection and provided me with options to address the mechanical issues without pressure. Overall, the service was great from the initial meeting the advisor through the time spent paying the cashier. The estimated time to complete the work was relatively quick and on point. I received a detailed car wash and courtesy vacuuming, which was a nice bonus. I was happy with my most recent visit.

The location has a very nice waiting area nice chair and desk with free wifi for me to log in and work while they working on my car. It was done on time as promised. Jordan advised me what was done and what needs to be done in the future with no pressure. The best part of all after done , he took extra time to show me how to use my cell phone via blue tooth and how to navigate and adjusting my driver sit to the distance I need using the future my Acura offers. I purchased a used Mercedes-Benz E55 AMG from the Carmax in Costa Mesa, CA about a month ago. I started out by calling the Carmax and reaching a sales agent. She worked with me by setting aside the car so that I could fly down to pick it up. She picked me up from the airport about 15 miles away from their dealership. When I saw the car, I found some minor cosmetic issues with the car and Carmax assured me that they would repair them at my local Carmax in Roseville, CA. I will be writing a review about that Carmax as well. They issued me a form stating repairs to be done at my local dealership. I informed the salesperson that I would be pushing the car a bit and she was fine with it. After the test drive, the car seemed to be in great condition, so we headed in for the paperwork. The appearance inside of the dealership building did not convey a welcoming feeling though. It felt like a warehouse with desks in it. The people within the building were nice and friendly though. The paperwork was pretty quick as I already had a loan check from the credit union. It took about 30 minutes and then I was on my way. Overall, I would say the experience was positive.

I went to Hopkin's Acura to search for new vehicles. The first time I went, one of the gentlemen offered to take me on a windy backroad instead of the normal freeway loop that every other dealership typically goes for. At a second visit to Hopkin's, a younger salesman again offered to take us to a windier backroad in order to better experience the SH-AWD, and I took him up on his offer. After visiting several other dealerships, including other Acura's, this offer had never been made before. If you like to drive, and like to drive acuras, I would highly recommend giving these folks a look
