I am happy to choose Headquarter Honda

We were visiting Orlando from Maryland and had two signs showing on the panel. We had same problem in last August that diagnosed as mis-fire that Honda has extended a warranty for it. We added engine oil in order to drive to the dealer in Maryland. The signs disappeared when we got to that dealer. The dealer scheduled the replacement of an item in engine for 3 days in March of 2018 due to the high waiting list and told us to have it repaired if the signs came out again.
We were worried that the dealer in Florida may not be able to fix it quickly as we scheduled to drive to our Maryland home next day. We googled Honda dealers around and found Headquater Honda has high rank thus called and drove there. We were so pleased that we made right decision. Todd, the service representative, made special arrangement to have our Honda Odyssey fixed next day. He also arranged a rental car for us, and called us to inform the status. We really appreciate the high quality work the Todd and Headquater Honda services have done to us.
