Used 2022 Acura MDX for sale near Grapevine, TX

It was outstanding! Art was super easy to work with and I was in and out of there (with the car and a great deal) in the fastest time ever!

I really like my 2022 Acura MDX, it’s a luxury SUV. It’s pretty and it’s just for me. The problem, I have only had it for 22 months and the starter went. It cost us $950.00 to replace the starter, that didn’t include the labor. Thank God my husband has quite a bit of knowledge on installing starters. Problem number 2, reverse light needs to be replaced, that’s the hold panel and the cost is a whopping $500.00 and something dollars. The 60,000! mile maintenance has to be done in the next few months. The dealer charges $1,325,00, Honda charges $835.00 but it has to be done. But again, I love my car and I plan on having it for years to come.

I will be returning when the time comes for another vehicle. My wife and I really do appreciate and enjoy the new SUV.

I've been driving this SUV for 32 mos. and can say that I love the acceleration and overall handling. However,the suspension is not the best (they saved the best for the Type-S). The gas mileage is just ok but you are driving a great sounding V6 versus a screaming 4-cyl. turbo. I never liked the look of prior generations and was very surprised by the stunning styling of this generation. I'm fine with the infotainment pad, it works great except for the phone charging pad which is junk. I could go either way for a touchscreen but I think that may be more distracting

Very nice vehicle with good size and features. I knew what I was getting into with the infotainment system and it is fine despite a few bugs. The brakes are an issue though. The overall feel of the brake pedal was unique when I purchased it. Now two years after purchase, the dealership is saying that my brakes are squeaking because they are glazed from heavy use. I'm not a fast drive and have no need for hard braking so there is a flaw in the design

I've had Volvo's for the past 20 years and the main reason I bring my cars to Crest Volvo is due to the amazing and outstanding service I always receive from my service advisor Lyn Ford. Not only does Lyn listen and do everything he possibly can to make sure all your issues are fixed right the 1st time, but he goes out of his way to make sure the whole process is smooth and seamless. Grubbs Acura in Grapevine, Texas, is an excellent dealership to purchase a fabulous Acura. I bought my 2nd Acura from Grubbs. Amira (Liz) Romero was great to work with. I initially walked in late in the evening with no appointment with my 88 y/o Mom who I wanted to make sure she could get in and out of the MDX I had my eye on. Liz was kind enough to bring the MDX next to our car to see if Mom could get in and out with her walker. Liz was patient and friendly with my Mom and knew it was important to me to have her comfortable and safe. I made an appointment for the next day to properly test-drive various MDXs. Liz listened to my preferences and concerns then remembered a specific MDX they had on the lot, so she brought it over for me to see. She warned me as she wasn't sure if I'd like the interior color...I took one look and said “I love it” - Red Italian leather! The 3rd MDX we test drove was the charm! As a former secret shopper, I value customer service "Hiley"! After having shopped around multiple car dealerships within the past month or so, I am impressed with attention to detail and Ralphael's desire to meet our specific needs. We were surprised to hear of the fifteen hundred dollar reconditioning fee, but appreciated Eric's detailed explanation. We are still looking but hope the best value will eventually be found at Hiley Acura.
