Straightforward, now hassling, price reasonable and they worked fast. I’ve been at dealerships for 6-8 hours buying this took literally 2 hours including test drive. Great bang for the buck. I went with the Advanced package. Lots of convenience features like heated steering wheel, automatic dimming hi beams, adaptive cruise control, etc. Touch screen would be nice but I use Android Auto so most of what I do is voice command. Regardless, the touch pad is pretty easy to learn. Handles great. Sport Mode is fun to drive with SH-AWD and Adaptive Suspension. Looked at Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Lexus and Infinity. Reliability was near the top of my list so that eliminated Infinity and the 3 German cars. Just put $4500 into my wife's BMW for various repairs and wanted to try to avoid doing that with my SUV. Also wanted something to last 200K or more. Liked the Lexus but even the F Sport left me feeling like I wasn't connected to the road. That was what I liked about the Acura, it was fun to drive.

The service staff are always great to work with and my truck was completed when promised.

My review is all positive. Particularly we LOVE the Sound proofing inside the car. Only negative is it is GAS HOG! It is BIG and sometimes I feel bulky. All the features are sometimes difficult to remember how to do what. Navigation system is "goofy" at times claiming it does not have such listing..

I'm compelled to share my good experience at this Carmax dealership. I ordered my car from their Fayetteville store with a free transfer. They kept me informed through text and email of the transfer status. I could have waited for a call but since I knew it arrived I called to schedule a test drive. I had applied online for financing and was approved with little detail but when I called to see if they would transfer to Fayetteville they asked similar questions and got the finalized approval. The salesman on the phone had an instant approval with 3 term options and the corresponding interest rate. He told me what the payment would be. In the end the payment was exactly as they quoted by phone. I expected to be in and out but spent 4 hours there. That probably wasn't normal though. The salesman Bob and I talked too much and he messed up our address in the computer. It happens. The other slowdown was the slight difference between the drivers license name and the credit app name. Oddly enough those small mistakes cost us an extra hour and a half. It happens. Meanwhile during the test drive I noticed a vibration on the highway over 60mph. They decided to have it looked at while we were there and rebalance the tires as well as resurfacing the front rotors. I was honestly surprised that they did the rotors. I didnt mention anything about them. I thought it was just the tires. In the end the vehicle took longer than the purchase process. It was quite an operation they had. They've really streamlined their processes. The financing, trade-in process, transfer process, detailing process, service process etc. Were really wild to see in action. The things I loved: The approval and disclosure process of financing. The transfer process. The minimization of paperwork. The teamwork process of communication. The dealership itself. The cars are all open to look in and sit in without a need for a salesman to get keys. No need for proof of income with fair to less than fair credit. Free coffee and bottled water. Fixing issues on the car while we complete the purchase and paperwork. The cons: small mistakes made very long wait. I'm quicker than them at moving the process forward. No negotiation price is a little high. Tips: as with everything in life do your due diligence. Inspect the car thoroughly. Utilize their carfax and recall information. Consider selling your car elsewhere for more money if you paid off your trade. Push along the process if you want it to go faster. Dont buy their gap insurance. Its overpriced and negates a good deal. Consider an outside warranty company for a better price. Realize a well placed call will hurry the process and verify what one person told you as being true. Place a hold on a vehicle you like for 7 days for free. Apply online to streamline the process.

My third RDX.Purchased in 2018 Was the last year of the 6 cylinder.My first was 2008 turbo 4 cyl.awd.Great car and peppy.Second was 2013 6 cylinder.Even better than the 4 cyl turbo. Now 6 years into my 2018 rdx I have no regrets.Love the peppiness of the 6 cyl and I'm using Michelin Cross Climate 2's for 2/3 of the year and michelin iceX for winter driving in NH. I know I could get better gas mileage with a hybrid but am unwilling to go to a lesser performing vehicle. I never have dealer service but go to a local mechanic for all maintenance. I love this car! Has 105,000 miles.

My experience was extraordinary....from the first queries by phone to pulling into my driveway with 25 happy miles on my "new" 2014 Mitsubishi Mirage ES. The car is EXACTLY what i wanted and my purchase experience the best. Mike was SO nice! and genuine.... the rare kind of professional car dealer sales people SHOULD be but usually aren't. He is very knowledgeable about his field, gave me extensive information about the car's history, and communicated authentically and respectfully regarding the final price. I have a 2013 RDX with the technology package and I now have 92,000 miles on it and it still the best car around I install performance brakes and rotors all around and 245 60 18 tires

Best vehicle Acura has made in last 15 years. Test drive an RDX Advance SHAWD package on sport mode for 15-20 mins and you’ll be sold. Beautiful airy cabin with pano, and the ELS sound system is killer! 2.0 turbo engine + 10 speed trans are bulletproof. Have my RDX Advance for 2 years now and will enjoy it for at least another 5 years. These are made to last, much like my 2006 TL that I have for over a decade, with 200k+ troublefree miles on the clock.

Metric has some top of the line cars on their lot.I did my research through CarMax and choose to get the Lexus from Metric, and was approved in just a little time. I have the Acure RDX Aspec Advance. The car is absolutely gorgeous. The interior and exterior are stunning. The details inside are perfect for any car lover. The red stitching on the black leather adds just a touch of color. It’s extremely comfortable, seats have 12 way power, you can extend the bottom of the seat for longer legs, (no more pressure points while driving), the lumbar adjusts up, down, side to side. The interior accent lighting adds a nice glow to your evening rides and has 27 different color combinations. The car handles like a dream. Sport mode changes how the car handles, accelerates, brakes, the steering becomes more responsive, and handles the curves. Normal mode, makes a nice smooth ride. Comfort mode is perfect for highway driving and I haven’t been able to test snow mode yet but I’m sure it’ll be a dream. The information display gives you everything you need to know at the scroll of the button. Everything is voice activated, no need to ever worry about the touch pad, although I love that feature as well. When the adaptive cruise control is set, the car keeps you centered in your lane. The blind spot warnings are extremely accurate, lane keeping assist, warns you when getting too close to the lines before gently moving you back over, the forward braking works like a dream whether a car, person or even an animal. The heads up display is perfect especially if you have the navigation going, it give the up coming turns right on your window shield, along with the current speed limit (which changes as soon as it recognizes a speed limit sign). The RDX is a dream to drive, sit in and play with. It’s just a gorgeous car. With the sport steering while, sport mode, shift mode and the sport paddles, it feels like you’re driving a race car. I was worried going from a 6 cylinder to a 4 cylinder but with the turbo, I think the RDX has better pick up, then my 2020 Blazer.

The car is perfect and I’ve Been driving it for 6 months now and no issues at all. I owe a 2010 Turbo RDX 150,000 and it’s the fastest SUV I had ever drove, love the stock sound system 360 watts, all black leather inside sunroof no leaks and recently I just changed all the interior dome lights to ice blue it’s really a nice sporty SUV ride, Honda definitely knows how to make a fast fun luxury SUV……

As a proud owner of a 2014 Acura RDX, I can confidently say that I have not experienced any malfunctions with my SUV. It has been a reliable and dependable vehicle that has served me well over the years. The comfort level of the interior is something that I particularly enjoy. The seats are comfortable, and the ride is smooth. Even on long drives, I never feel fatigued or uncomfortable. Despite its age, the 2014 Acura RDX is still a competent performer on the highway. I have driven it over 100,000 miles, and it still performs admirably, achieving 30-31 mpg on the highway. The fact that I haven't experienced any malfunctions only adds to my confidence in its reliability. In terms of aesthetics, the exterior and interior of the RDX are okay compared to other SUVs in its class. But, it's not the primary reason I bought this vehicle. My focus was on a reliable and comfortable vehicle, and the RDX has certainly delivered in those areas. Overall, if you're looking for a dependable, comfortable, and practical SUV, I can wholeheartedly recommend the 2014 Acura RDX.

Well, I don’t know who gives this place a bad review! Michelle was A W E S O M E!!! She was funny and personable and engaging and knowledgeable and informative and helpful and fun!!! She explained everything in detail and the car I probe 2 hours to see was exactly as Fadi (initial salesman) described! I’m in love with this Mustang! I wouldn’t hesitate to buy a car from them again. I went to Echo Park the week before and the car was trashed. They also had ridiculous fees that you couldn’t opt out of. This was by FAR a better buying experience. 5 stars? More like 10 stars!! A+++

For its age this cross over is not bad at all it suits my wife's need easier to handle than our 2018 mdx . She likes driving the rdx more but misses the tech of the newer car

Having purchased only new vehicles my entire life, I found myself in need of buying my girlfriend a certified used vehicle from a local Honda dealership. After the salesman ignored our desires and instead try to upsell us, however, we decided to try Carmax instead. From the start, Carmax offered a helpful hand online and friendly service over the phone: they were quickly able to find what we needed and provide attractive financing in a flash. (Thanks to you, Lesly.) Moreover, I found scheduling of a meeting to finish the deal at the dealership efficient. Once at the dealership, Haseam did well in helping us -- his knowledge and friendliness were impressive, especially since I havevworked in the service industry for many years . Because he did not try to upsell us, but rather did his best to educate us on what would work well, (coming in on his day-off to finalize the deal), I must commend Carmax and its associates for providing a memorable experience. Also, I was thankful that Dashau helped expedite the process when we completed the paperwork; what a breeze! I absolutely love this car. I've taken it on several 500 mile trips and it's by far the most comfortable car I've ridden in. One component many reviews do not mention is the stereo system. I have the A-SPEC, which comes with 16 speakers. It was an important reason for me choosing the vehicle, along with the A-SPEC blue pearl color. The stereo system sounds incredibly accurate and by far the best stereo I've heard in a vehicle. It could use a little more low end power to hit low end notes, yet I'm still impressed with it every time I listen to it. And it's good at replicating sound in all genres. Any track sounds good and tuned perfectly! My back has been a struggle the last couple of years and it's one of the reasons I bought the car as well. The seats are extremely comfortable and adjustable. I run hot and the ventilated seats aren't strong, but do make all the difference to keep me cool and dry. The cornering is impressive for an SUV. The torque vectoring clearly pushes you in the turns and helps you turn; very impressive system and makes it very fun to drive. We have some extremely bad roads in the Midwest and it rides better than my other vehicles (2007 TL and 2000 Camaro), but I suppose it could be a little smoother according to some people. I have no complaints with ride quality. Another great thing about the vehicle is how easy driving long distances is. With the adaptive cruise control and lane keep assist, I don't think I could go without it. I haven't driven a lot of vehicles with this system, but I have no complaints with it; it greatly reduces driver fatigue. I drove 10 hours home when I picked it up, and felt great after. Other vehicles definitely make that a struggle. What many people have complaints with is the touch pad for the infotainment system. Once I used it a few times, I got used to it. It seems cumbersome, but Acura designed it this way to keep your eyes on the road. When you realize this, you'll notice how that is true; it does keep your eyes on the road, and I'm satisfied with it. The interior likely isn't the best in class, but there certainly isn't anything wrong with it and I do find it attractive. As mentioned earlier, the A-SPEC blue pearl is quite stunning. I like all the colors, so you can't go wrong with any color, but do check out the blue and red in person; they're my favorite colors. The overall design of the vehicle is one of my modern-day favorites. The panoramic sunroof is nice and worth mentioning. I've heard people complain about the interior noise, but I have no complaints, even if I'm doing 80. Maybe there are other cars that are quieter, but I haven't ridden in one. Hopefully my review helps you with your decision. I love cars and look forward to driving it every time I get in the car. I don't see myself ever regretting the purchase other than the mpg. Just like most cars, the faster you go the worse it gets. It gets about 24 when I was doing 75 for 400 miles. If you start pushing 80, it can really plummet. I haven't taken many trips at 60mph, but it can get 26 @ 60mph for sure. I'd say it can do 27 at 55 mph, but generally 65 is the speed limit in my state. 21mpg has been the consistent number for me in the city. So the advertised mpg from Acura is accurate.

My wife and I absolutely Love our RDX. Unfortunately we recently had a mechanical issue and the part is on back order, 3 weeks later and still no part. So our vehicle is great but not sure about corporate??????
