Most comfortable car I've ever owned. Very smooth and quiet ride. Great car for taking long trips. Excellent sound system. The 3.5 liter engine is a tried and true highly reliable, efficient engine.

Quentin is excellent customer service representative, he cares about the customer needs. Always easy to work with, understand from customer perspective.

I have a problem with the interior sunvisor fell apart. It’s over $400. I really can’t afford that but overall the car been a good car nice looking resale value I think should be higher and now I’m worried about the recall in the 3.5 engines something I didn’t expect, Robert

Had synthetic oil change, tire rotation , and multi point inspection completed on 2015 Camry . TJ was the service advisor and was extremely friendly and helpful. The tech was Matt Nunamaker and got everything done in record amount of time . I had dropped vehicle off at about 1040 and everything was complete by 1117. Only 37 minutes to complete all that , usually it takes at least 1 hr - 1 1/2 hours at other Toyota dealers. Thanks for everyone being professional and servicing my daughter’s vehicle that she uses to get from college in Knoxville back home to Virgina . Appreciate it very much !!!

I have only had the car for one month but it’s an absolute dream to drive, completely understand why it did not sell well at $60K but on 5he used market it’s a great value. I understand all the fuss about dated technology but it’s funny how Acura was one of the first to offer dual screens and everybody cried about it and now a lot of newer luxury cars are offering it ( Looking at you Audi)

Shaun help us get into a Chevrolet bolt. our previous car broke down and needed assistance getting rolling again. with poor credit and no credit, they were able to help us. I am very thankful. they have also answered anything that I needed to know since we have never experienced and electric car before. we are very thankful and we love the bolt

This replaced Hyundai Equus, which did not handle well. RLX is a great improvement. It handles better, is faster and gets better mileage. I'm also more comfortable with Honda reliability and the additional safety equipment the car is equipped with.

I would like to take the time to thank Rolando Casillas for his patience and concern to my problems whenever I come to Audi Tampa. He is always polite and a joy to deal with because he goes out of his way to make sure I am satisfied with whatever job that is performed. Plus, he always follow up with a call or text. Have it for a few weeks and loving it after moving from German cars. Great looks on the outside, and very roomy inside (I'm rather tall.) I understand why they didn't sell well, no one wanted to spend $60k on an Acura.Bought it at 5,000 miles. For the price I couldn't find another similar sized sedan with less than 30k miles and warranty expiring next year. Still have 95,000 left on the drive train warranty. Responsive when needed and enough power for me. Infotainment system could get an update but already getting used to it. Loaded with more features than I need and with everything said, can't deny the reliability.

Had a very good experience working with John and staff at Courtesy Auto Sales. People are very laid back with no real pressure to buy, although they make that process very easy. Walked away with a nice vehicle at a fair price, with a good interest rate and a fair value for my trade-in. I'd recommend giving them a visit when interested in purchasing another vehicle.

Knew which car my daughter wanted to buy when going to this dealership, however she ended up driving home a different car that she fell in love with. Went to buy a Honda Fit, however fell in love with. Shawn (who was amazing to work with) was very down to earth and knowledgeable. I have had Gabriel Paramo as a Service Consultant twice now. Both times he has offered Excellent service. He has done everything he could to expedite the service of my vehicle and minimize my wait. The previous time I was in he prioritized finding the cause of our warning lights going off, knowing that we had a family weekend planned and we needed the car as soon as possible.
