Leith FordReviews
Leith Ford review
Leith Ford serviced and solved my F-150’s issue very quickly. The service technician was very knowledgeable and talked to me multiple times to explain the issue and repair. The service department sends pictures and video message updates frequently throughout the repair which is really cool. The price was cheaper than I expected based off internet estimates. Their service was much faster and informed than the dealership I had been going to in Raleigh. John and Kate were very helpful. Before calling Leith Ford I had called the Ford dealership in Wake Forest to see availability and cost and they said that given the miles they wouldn’t even service the transmission and that it had to be replaced! What a scam! Definitely recommend Leith Ford.

One of the best experiences I have ever had. From the initial call speaking to the representative Jordan, boarding a flight out of JFK Airport, being picked up by Jordan at Rochester Airport, Transporting us to the dealership in Avon, all paper work ready to sign. Everyone at the dealership were friendly, courteous, and professional. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!! Michael M.

We took the car in for the general maintenance and a recall remedy. Our service coordinator Joshua is absolutely amazing every time we have gone to the dealership to have any work done. He’s very conscientious, explains everything that they’ve done. He is just such a kind young man and he listens to us.

I had a really great experience overall with this dealership. I had set up a deal online thru Sam's Club on an auto with all the options I was looking for. I got to the dealer and was informed that the vehicle was in transit. Not great. The salesman I was working with worked tirelessly to find all the vehicles that matched what I was looking for along with another that I had been considering. In the end I purchased a really great auto and am very happy with the end result. I didn't feel the issue was the dealer's fault but most likely a issue with working with both Sam's Club and the dealer. I would definitely recommend purchasing from this dealership.

Leith Acura review
Leith Acura gave me a wonderful experience with purchasing my new vehicle. Juan White helped me get the car that I wanted with all the preferences I had indicated. It took no time for him to get back to me with payments below what I originally expected. He had everything ready for when I got there, I was in and out in no time. The best part was that he listened to what I wanted and didn't try to sell me on anything else.

I traded a bmw 330 for this. I am very happy. The bmw was unreliable and a joy to drive. The integra is reliable an almost as fun, and much cheaper and more confortable. I wish i had considered the integra before.

Love my car it?s a fun car to drive , comfort and looks of the car
2024 Acura Integra review
For reference I am going list a few of my previous cars. I typically keep my vehicles until they become money pits. I am only listing "cars" not my trucks and SUV's. I've had 1988 ($8k used) and 1994 ($34k new) Supra's (pre-Fast and Furius days, both amazing cars and not modified), 2001 ($30k new) Audi A4 2.8 (horrible car - spent more time in a loaner than my actual car), 2013 ($34k new) Dodge Charger SRT-8 (best car I've ever owned but was totaled, was an actual Dodge before FCA took over production in 2014), and it's replacement was a fully loaded 2022 ($60K) Dodge Charger Scat Pack (looked and sounded great, but is tied as worst car with the Audi, Stellantis era vehicle - only vehicle I've ever traded before paying it off). I traded in the Scat for the Integra ($38k) and have zero regrets. Yes, I lost 275 HP - but I also got a car that looks great, gets 38 MPG (at 65 MPH on back-roads), has almost all the same features (the ones it does have are better), and has had zero issues in 12000 miles and 2x 1300-mile interstate road trips (at 85 MPH getting 35 MPG). As I primarily use this as a commuter, the thing I like the most is $30 vs $75 tank of premium fuel from the SRT and Scat every week (and my insurance dropped $400 a year). Believe it or not, even though it is a compact sedan, it has more legroom in the rear than the Charger (a "full size sedan"). My main issues with the car are the original tires had very hard rubber and caused what people say is the loud road noise, there is no cooled seat option, and no AC vents in the rear of the car. Other minor issues are even on the premium 18" wheels the car sits very low, even though the hatch is great for cargo it leaves little headroom for taller passengers, and the cheap gloss black trim in the front leaves fingerprints and is easy to scratch (upgraded to aftermarket caron fiber).

Derek was great! The whole negotiation/signing process lasted less than 2 hours and was super smooth. I told Derek how much i wanted to spend in total and he came back with literally the exact price with trade-in. Stu was also very fast with the DMV/legal papers process. I have definitely recommended Leith Acura to friends.

I had a wondeful experience purchacing my new SUBARU Forester from this dealership. The salesperson was friendly, professional, patient. I am particularly satisfied with the Encore Delivery session they provided. Joseph Rossman, the Encore Delivery Specialist, he is a very nice person, he explained the functions of my new car very seriously and taught me a lot of usage skills, he also took me to familiarize myself with the procedures for car maintenance. Thanks to everyone who served me. Thank you!

The process of purchasing my Crosstrek Hybrid Limited was seamless and terrific. I got exactly the car I wanted at a fair price and was delighted by the service I received from my salesperson, Tushar Shende, and Chris Kulis in Finance. But that wasn’t even the best part! About a week after the purchase, I met with Joseph Rossman, the Encore Delivery Specialist, who patiently and thoroughly walked me through all the cool things my new car can do. Thank you to everyone at Hendricks who made the purchase of my new car so gratifying and fun.

I brought home my Subaru Uncharted just a couple of weeks ago and I really like it. Carl Diederich was my sales advisor. I can recommend him highly. I hate high pressure, but he was easy-going and pleasant to work with. A week after my purchase Joe Rossman came to my house to walk me through all the menus and buttons, which was nice because I had questions. I know I can call either of them or others at the dealership if more questions come up. I’m loving my EV but there is a learning curve.
