Been using this dealer since I moved to the area in Nov 2015 to service my TSX Sportwagen. Very friendly service dept. The service dept is always straightforward and up front with me and also doesnt recommend service work that isn't needed. The only issue I've had which really is not in their control is my passenger airbag is under the Takata air bag recall but they don't have the part for it and can't get any date from Acura for it. I ended up trading my car for this reason and because I wanted an all wheel drive. Mr James Merrill worked with me on a used RDX and then a used MDX which I ended up buying. I also traded in my TSX Sportwagen. Got a decent price not what I ultimately wanted but they made some compromises. James is a great sales guy, low pressure, easy to work with and thorough, answered all of my questions was straightforward and honest throughout the process. Brian Savo handled the initial paperwork and Brian Shepard handled the final paperwork and was very efficient friendly and had a sense of humor. I highly recommend both of them and this dealership for sales and service.

The Aspec Advance MDX punches way above its class. For the price point, you get all the bells and whistles. Compared to other higher end SUVs, you don’t have to add anything. It has massaging front seats that are heated and ventilated. It has a 19 speaker deluxe sound system. It also has a heated steering wheel and many other features. It drives like a dream smooth and quiet. Great road trip vehicle!

Great bang for the buck. I went with the Advanced package. Lots of convenience features like heated steering wheel, automatic dimming hi beams, adaptive cruise control, etc. Touch screen would be nice but I use Android Auto so most of what I do is voice command. Regardless, the touch pad is pretty easy to learn. Handles great. Sport Mode is fun to drive with SH-AWD and Adaptive Suspension. Looked at Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Lexus and Infinity. Reliability was near the top of my list so that eliminated Infinity and the 3 German cars. Just put $4500 into my wife's BMW for various repairs and wanted to try to avoid doing that with my SUV. Also wanted something to last 200K or more. Liked the Lexus but even the F Sport left me feeling like I wasn't connected to the road. That was what I liked about the Acura, it was fun to drive.

We have a long standing relationship with Mike Iacino at Acura of Avon. He makes it so easy to purchase a new vehicle. He knows his client and knows what that client would be happy with. Of course, we love the product so selling us a new car is easy! All the other salespeople, including the manager, are always warm and welcoming . And, you know that the Service Department will stand tall as well. I can't forget to mention Nissa Johnson in the Finance office. She is really the very best!

As a owner I highly recommend this vehicle I've had zero issues with mine and I'll purchase another new Acura in the future quality without compromise

It is a very nice vehicle… a few exceptions… no heated steering wheel, no remote start no foot controlled rear lift gate and a few other amenities that comes with many other comparable vehicles. The trim levels do not make a lot of sense like aspec is considerably more expensive but only a few amenities and the advanced is almost 20k more for a few options that are stock with Lexus and other high end suv…

I purchased a used 2018 Acura MDX Feburary 2025.I have owned it for just over a month. Driving and handling are very solid. The interior is great--especially the seats. You will read several folks discussing the entertainment system and other controls. Really nice features, just learn how to use them correctly. The only issue I did not like was the "lane assistance" feature--so I turned it off. If you are in the market for a luxury SUV go test drive one yourself. Price, quality, and reliability are hard to beat.

I really like my 2022 Acura MDX, it’s a luxury SUV. It’s pretty and it’s just for me. The problem, I have only had it for 22 months and the starter went. It cost us $950.00 to replace the starter, that didn’t include the labor. Thank God my husband has quite a bit of knowledge on installing starters. Problem number 2, reverse light needs to be replaced, that’s the hold panel and the cost is a whopping $500.00 and something dollars. The 60,000! mile maintenance has to be done in the next few months. The dealer charges $1,325,00, Honda charges $835.00 but it has to be done. But again, I love my car and I plan on having it for years to come.

It was easy to get a convenient appointment. Staff was courteous and repair cost was reasonable. Facility waiting room was clean and comfortable. Facility location is convenient and close to shops and restaurants which makes waiting for repair completion easier.

I absolutely love the 2020 Acura TLX. I traded in my 2013 Honda Crosstour for it. The Crosstour had a lot (3.5 6cyl )EXL. It took a little time to get used to the TLX 4cyl, FWD set up. The Dual Clutch transmission is a little quirky. Overall the car is fun and comfortable to drive. I honestlt think Blind Spot should be a base feature is all cars. CPO

I bought a 2014 RLX Acura is comfortable the back seat is sooo roomy. The Italian leathers seats are very soft best leather I’ve seen in a car. Rides soo smooth but it’s all about the tires. I took out extra warranty when I bought car. There is a recall on rear actuators I had mines replace. I will stay in the Acura family. I’m so sorry they stop making RLX in 2021 what a luxury car. The best Acura ever made and haven’t made another luxury car since.

TLX platform is absolutely excellent. The car has fantastic road feel thanks to double wishbone suspension and redesigned chassis. The DCT transmission feels precision and having 10 gears puts you in the perfect torque range almost always. The engine is a Honda K engine that can handle 1k hp. I have fwd which is absolutely perfect, simple car. The SH-AWD system is truly best of its kind. The fact that this almost perfect platform was discontinued is a sad commentary on the state of cars.

Got a '25 Integra TypeS. ~25mpg daily driver with attitude. Love driving this manual 6-speed! Engine and transmission is a perfect pair. Honda quality! Not the fastest car on the road but so much fun to drive and own.

They also were very reasonable with the value of my trade in vehicle. I drove 4 hours from Pennsylvania to Connecticut to meet in person and close the deal. Went in to look for a used car. Salesman was not pushy. Found what I was looking for and immediately walked us out to the car and offered a demo ride. I have the Acure RDX Aspec Advance. The car is absolutely gorgeous. The interior and exterior are stunning. The details inside are perfect for any car lover. The red stitching on the black leather adds just a touch of color. It’s extremely comfortable, seats have 12 way power, you can extend the bottom of the seat for longer legs, (no more pressure points while driving), the lumbar adjusts up, down, side to side. The interior accent lighting adds a nice glow to your evening rides and has 27 different color combinations. The car handles like a dream. Sport mode changes how the car handles, accelerates, brakes, the steering becomes more responsive, and handles the curves. Normal mode, makes a nice smooth ride. Comfort mode is perfect for highway driving and I haven’t been able to test snow mode yet but I’m sure it’ll be a dream. The information display gives you everything you need to know at the scroll of the button. Everything is voice activated, no need to ever worry about the touch pad, although I love that feature as well. When the adaptive cruise control is set, the car keeps you centered in your lane. The blind spot warnings are extremely accurate, lane keeping assist, warns you when getting too close to the lines before gently moving you back over, the forward braking works like a dream whether a car, person or even an animal. The heads up display is perfect especially if you have the navigation going, it give the up coming turns right on your window shield, along with the current speed limit (which changes as soon as it recognizes a speed limit sign). The RDX is a dream to drive, sit in and play with. It’s just a gorgeous car. With the sport steering while, sport mode, shift mode and the sport paddles, it feels like you’re driving a race car. I was worried going from a 6 cylinder to a 4 cylinder but with the turbo, I think the RDX has better pick up, then my 2020 Blazer.
