I stopped in with my son to trade for a new Tundra about 5 years ago. I couldn't believe the effort, of his sales rep, in assisting him in getting the exact deal he wanted. I went back the next available day to see if she would do the same for me and much to my amazement she did. My son purchased a new Tundra earlier this year and I just purchased a new Tundra a week ago. Their TV ad is no lie. They have consistently offered more for my trade, and I contact multiple dealers in multiple states. Jessica Allen worked with us on; our trade in value, any incentives available and our purchase agreement. NEVER has she come back to us saying "My sales manager won't allow" OR "Our finance manager says we can't". The deal is; straight up, straight forward and probably one of the last bastions of honest dealing. I have recommended Waite Toyota & Jessica Allen to those who have asked me about my purchase experience. I don't know if all of the sales people are taught to this standard or if it's personal ethics on her part BUT I admire these traits in people I deal with. I've talked to sales people who have bragged about their numbers and Jessica has yet come in second against any of them. (Not once have I even heard her brag about beating their deal.) I just find it hard to believe myself.

Large doors and front seats. Easy to get in and out. You have to pull past the protective bollard at the gas pump as to not ding the edge of the door. A lot of safety bells and whistles for an older car. Can tow with the best and high enough to take fishing and hunting. Good power. Feels safe in winter driving with in reason. If it gets icy or the snow gets over 5” I stay home. Operational noise is not annoying even when pulling into traffic or down shifting going up a steep hill. It gets almost 21 miles per gallon. I have no intention of spending thousands more on a vehicle to get better gas mileage. It’s paid off. I’m retired and put about 8000 miles a year on it. It still runs like new. I would love to keep it as long as I can. It also can haul pretty much everything I need.

I drove a durango GT for 300 miles its not bad the 3.6 V6 is plenty powerful and 30mpg but no hemi theatre. Interior is xxxx near luxurious and the ride is very good. A lot of reliability issues seem to stem from going long on oil changes and driving the car like it's a rental car aka the average dodge driver. If you keep up on the maintenance, this is a genuinely enjoyable car that does almost everything decently well.

I have been looking at new Jeeps for awhile was needing a new vehicle was driving a 2005 dodge grand caravan sxt drove it everywhere kid's learned how to drive in it. But I'm a jeep guy have a 1979Jeepcj7 since brand new drive it daily. Seen the jeep cherokee trailhawk at my local dealership talked to them about it took it for a test drive and fell in love with it. Had to take it home. Very comfortable all the buttons are in the right places. Display screen is very simple to navigate easy-to-use app's phone linked right up no need to look at it. Mics are in right places above head everyone I call or calls me has no problem hearing me. Has alot of safety features to get use to but not hard. I have had other cherokee in the past but love this one. If you are interested in a Jeep check out the Cherokee line like I said I'am a Jeep guy test drive and you will see what I mean.

Treated like a queen. My sister was helping me get the car as a surprise for my birthday with a lot of last minute changes. They all pulled it off. Even had a birthday cake made for me. Great people!

Since I've owned it, so far so good. I like my truck and I appreciate it everyday. A little bit of shaking in the steering at high speeds but I'm not concerned with it. Overall, pretty great.

I was greeted by the whole team when I walked in and asked how I was doing. I had help through the whole thing and the process of getting my dream WRX was really quick and lots of effort was shown by the team. I've been driving for 43 years now and have owned an array of different vehicles, however I've never been financially fortunate to purchase a luxury model - until now! I was looking for a mid size vehicle that would check many boxes for my snowy Michigan commutes, along with distant travel comfort to and from my cabin and some towing capacity. I have only had this for roughly 1500 miles and wow.. My first impression was luxury. So many base options included in a mid sized and mid priced SUV that pleasantly surprised me. Secondly was the ride quality. Both smooth and quiet and handling. I've read other reviews discussing power inadequacy, but not at all. Plenty of passing and get tup to speed power. Next was the snow. I have Michelin defender tires and wow - what have I been missing? The snow 4x4 duaratac features combined with these tires make this a beast in the snow, slush and rain. It definitely gives me a much more safety reassurance while driving in these conditions. I have not tried the towing yet and have not had any "reliable" issues to report, but we are very fortunate with our pick and one very capable snow commuter.

I had a recall service completed. They got it in within a couple of weeks and completed the work in 4 days. They were polite and did a great job. My only reserve was getting someone on the phone. I had to call a couple of times.

Already had this car for 3 years and still loving it.Remains modern with all it’s add ons…not jealous at all of all those expensive similar models…this has it all for a whole lot less…thank you

I have owned 3 Chevy equinox and I like the way it looks and handles. It is a great family vehicle and very comfortable and safe. All 3 of my Equinox were the Premier class well worth the extra money and more features.

This is my 2nd VW. My 1st was a 02 passat I bought in 2013. It was the most reliable car I ever owned. It has 230000 miles and still runs great! This Atlas takes things to a whole different level. The look, performance and features are world-class! The only knock I would have is the mpg is average at best. Only 20mpg on average. But overall it is a great vehicle for the price. The SEL trim is fully loaded. Whatever feature you could imagine, it has it. I hope to enjoy this vehicle for years to come.

We just moved to Theresa from Florida 3 weeks ago. We did not expect to purchase a 2nd vehicle so early in our move. Matt Spencer was amazing. They had literally just took a Rav 4 in as a trade. We couldn't afford what the other dealers in the area had on their lots. We stopped at Waites Toyota and saw the Rav 4 sitting there. Although it was not checked or cleaned up yet we took it for a test drive. We instantly wanted the car. Matt new we couldn't afford high payments so he worked hard to get us where we needed to be. Tim Everson was wonderful in the financing department. We have purchased many new and used vehicles in Florida and we would spend the entire day just in the financing department. For a non full size pickup it seems pricey, but then again full size truck prices are ridiculous. The interior is really nice, spacious and well built. The truck handles incredibly well, and the 4 cylinder turbo has plenty of power. I was impressed with it's 6,000+ towing power. The exterior is mean looking and looks great heading down the road. I bought a SR model because I need a truck, not something full of options. The only downside is the box is smaller and holds a lot less than a full size and the Toyota sense safety is a bit much. I know it's there for a reason but it can be confusing.

Contacted Matt Spencer about selling my Toyota Tundra, didn't want to go through Certification, export/ import process. He was very informative and cautioned me about reasonable expectations for a 19 year old truck.. I drove from Hastings, Ontario to the dealership. Arrived in a blizzard, was assigned to Tyler and he was extremely helpful. they took a look at my truck offered me a reasonable amount of cash and the deal was done. Left with a check, directions to a grocery store, liquor store and hotel. The whole experience was stress free, and for such a long drive, worth it. I'll miss my truck, but I know they will make it right for someone else.

Purchased this truck for it's reliablity.Opted for a SR5 trim because it's not lifted nor branded with stickers. Have 44-k miles now. No issues. Just scheduled factory maintenance. I plan to run this truck well over 300-k miles. Is it perfect? No. The engine is somewhat lack luster, the gas milesage is just okay and the interior is somewhat small compared to a full size truck. however,However, I trust this truck to serve me well into the future without any major issues.

I love this sporty mile and the great mileage. The black/white combination and red leather inside is superb. Only things I don't love: very low to the ground car, doesn't easily go over driveways, hits curbs a lot. Also, the tires easily shred if you go over or even brush against a curb. I've had to replace several of them so far. Also, not a good turning radius compared to my previous cars. Need lots of space to turn, as in pulling out of my driveway and getting on the road. I must also mention that there's an airbag recall on the passenger side with NO fix available at this time.

I love my 2021 GMC Denali 2500HD. I have gotten more complements on this truck than any other vehicle that I have owned. I get great highway fuel milage average 19-26mpg,which is great for a heavy duty truck!

I am a fan of Toyotas and this new Sequoia hits all the buttons for style performance & technology yeah it’s a little pricey but compared to the other big SUVs in the market, I think it’s reasonable.

Owned the GV80 for 6 months, the smaller engine is plenty. The ride is better than my 2018 Lexus rx350L. Only draw back navigation good be better.

I bought my 2017 in spring of 2020 with 27k miles for $27k. I was specifically looking for a TRD Sport, manual trans. The Tacoma is the only manual trans truck produced anymore. I currently have 80k miles on it now and the blue book still shows it at $23k-$24k. I have not had any issues with it. I have done my own maintenance (oil changes and just recently front brake pads). The 2017 was the last year before they added all the safety stuff with the cruise controls. I'm glad I don't have that stuff. I also have the map system in my factory head unit and don't have to rely on the Apple carplay or Android auto apps. There was some discomfort in the seat. It was easily resolved with items that can be purchased to adjust the seat to your liking. There are a lot of complaints on the power and fuel mileage. Really?? Its a truck. Its not a sports car or compact sedan. Its not going to get the greatest mileage or set land speed records. If you want something that always starts, never leaves you stranded, and you can count on everyday, this is the one. If you want something that you want to spend a bunch of money repairing, you may want to look elsewhere.

The Toyota Grand Highlander Hybrid is a very comfortable and economical SUV. It can accommodate seven passengers, so my whole family can travel in one car. It is also quiet and comfortable. I am very happy to have purchased it because it has the backing of Toyota that makes very good cars.
