Service on my Qx80 was great! Had a service issue after maintenance and I sw a service rep who advised me to bring my vehicle in and they took care of it. Thank you, Sarah I think is the person I spoke with!!???

This warranty repair will require Mercedes Benz to open a service campaign. The dealership was not able to cure the problem with the seat control memory. The service tech tried and completed an update that did not work. They will be reaching out to Mercedes Benz for their assistance and imput.

I contacted the dealer about a car I saw online. Received a response inviting me to take a test drive that weekend. I bought my used Toyota Camry from Givi Auto Sales when they were in business for just 2 weeks. It showed a bit as the buying process wasn't as smooth as it could be, but I did feel that Ramin was doing his best to make it a good experience. Though the business was just a couple weeks old, Ramin has been in the industry for longer. I feel like he has a good eye for spotting quality vehicles that he can sell. In the end, I drove away with a great car at a good price and would be happy to purchase from Givi again.
