This level of extremely pleasant customer service extended from the parking lot to the Reception desk to an unexpected interaction/conversation with the Sales Manager while speaking with Nicholas my eventual client advisor (sales professional). Car salesman Greg was quick to respond to set up my appointment while I was on vacation. I quickly came in to test drive the car to see if I liked it. Finally set up appointment to bring paperwork in, and I was in and out in no time! They have a beautiful inventory! Check them out!

Great experience. Got a great car. As advertised. Great service. Sales guy Peter Lee was straight forward, responsive and transparent. They offered me an extended warranty but no heavy pressure or locking you in a tiny room to wait for the manager like at many new car dealers. You might read some bad reviews on this site; they were not what I experienced.

The manager showed me the car. It was gray and in excellent condition, even though it was used. I liked that the manager immediately pointed out the minor flaws in the car. Finding the right model took me some time because I couldn't decide. I liked that nobody pressured me during the selection process, and the manager didn't bother me. In the end, I chose the Acura ILX in the premium trim, and I was satisfied with both the car and the service at the dealership.

The buying experience here was excellent. I was an out of state sale and they made it the best one I have ever experience out of the more than 10 times I have done it. It all started with the price, spot on. Then the communication and once I decided, I was done in less than an hour with the paperwork, down payment and even had arranged the shipping. When I received the car it was everything they had promised and more. I am very happy.
