This car unlike many older aston's, uses so many mercedes amg parts, it makes servicing, tuning, and repairing this car very affordable. The dealerships will charge outrageous prices, but any european shop that works on performance bmw, audi and mercedes cars, can EASILY handle service at 25% percent of what the dealership price. After 30+ years of wanting to own a Porsche I finally "joined the club" last week after finding the right one at Porsche Beaverton. Absolutely excellent car. When I set out to buy a new sports car, I had three cars on my list. They were the Vantage, 911, and AMG GT-C. The 911 is a great car but you see one at every stoplight. AMG GT I found to be an odd looking car and has a very stiff ride. The Vantage shares the same engine as the AMG but offers a much better ride, and pretty much an equal in performance and in my opinion looks much better. If you are looking for a comfortable sports car that is reliable, good looking and best of all a bargain in the second hand market, add the Vantage to your list.
