Was shopping a new or slightly used 23/24 BMW M8 Completion Convertible. Southeast Auto had two listings. Called and spoke to Rich. What a pleasant client experience. When I’m shopping vehicle in the $150K plus/minus I admit to being apprehensive. Rich, who in fact is the owner, answered all my questions excepting the one he did not know, Rich sent an email that more than satisfied my question i short order. Was the beginning of a trustworthy client/seller relationship. Bar none this was the best automobile acquisitions I’ve experienced with 67 (no exaggeration) vehicle purchases I’ve very made.Very luckily to have the opportunity to meet and work with a seller exudes honesty and integrity in my experience. My family was in need of new vehicle with an expanding family on the way, and she and I first spoke extensively over the phone about the inventory and the car that we were interested in purchasing. These calls were after having done extensive online research to find the best possible combination of price and quality. After multiple phone calls, I then drove on a Sunday to the dealership - hours away - and Cat greeted me at the door as it opened. She and her colleagues walked me through the purchase, and we couldn't be happier with the new vehicle. Excellent service, and above all, Cat is simply an excellent person. Highly recommended.
