I was very please with the entire process and working with Bryan. I originally first saw the car online and contacted them through email. Our first few conversation where completely through text and what actually taken seriously unlike most places. They worked with me through photos due to me living almost 2 hours away from the dealer we came to terms before me even leaving my house. This is the third Audi we've purchased. From the moment we sat down with Janet I felt assured we were going to be able to seal a deal. She listened to our needs, prior experience with other sales staff and explained everything. We were so satisfied with Janet that we did something we have never done before. We purchased and had our car delivered within 4 days. She not only explained how everything works in the car but followed up with us later to see if we needed any other assistance and told us to call anytime we needed anything.
Have been shopping for a truck for a week. Though I did not ultimately purchase a vehicle at Neat, my experience with Louis made this dealership my top pick among the 7 or 8 that I visited.
I had narrowed my purchase down to two very different options - a higher mileage 4 cylinder at Neat and a lower miles 6 cylinder in a higher price point at another dealership. Louis sat down with me to look at both options, and encouraged me that the other vehicle appeared to be a great deal. He talked through the potential trade-offs without any pressure, and even after it became clear that I was leaning toward the V6 he continued to spend time to help me understand the complications with the Tacoma frame recall which affected both purchases. He also gave me a number of references for folks who could help out with my purchase of the other vehicle, for modifications I was interested in making.
Louis is knowledgable, generous and clearly puts his customer first. Neat will be my first stop for my next purchase.
We were looking for a Toyota Sienna AWD for our dog Brutus to be able to get in. Audi Peabody had the right car at a reasonable price. Both our salesperson Hunter Bahr and sales manager Mike Walker were more than professional in every way during our buying process. We can't thank you enough for the way we were received. We are new parents, with an eight-month-old baby, looking for a reliable car. Our experience at Diamond Auto Sales has been exceptional. Julian Jones showed us around the lot and was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. When we came upon on a 2004 Mercedes Benz E320 Wagon, it was in the midst of getting the suspension repaired. We were impressed by the low-mileage and spotless interior. The price was just above blue book, but it was in beautiful condition. We had auto financing set up with our credit union. Julian jumped through all the hoops the bank required and worked patiently with us throughout the process. The truly exceptional part of the experience was when the airmatic suspension system was showing signs of a leak. Diamond Auto Sales replaced the entire suspension system. We also had a list of small repairs that had been recommended by another local repair shop. And while the mechanic at Diamond was fixing the suspension system they also took the time to take care of a few of these small adjustments (just because we had asked) and at no cost to us! We were overjoyed and so grateful. Julian took pride in making sure that we were truly happy with the vehicle. We really appreciated the integrity, responsiveness, personal care and attention we received at Diamond. Thanks, Julian!

They were very responsive to all my questions through email and on the phone. I buy cars out of town often, and without seeing the car, or having a friend check for me I had to count on Denny and his team. They didn’t let me down. The car was just as described. In my opinion they went beyond the normal salesman at a big dealership. Very satisfied. Would drive another 16 hours round trip to buy again. I love my rare Mercedes wagon. Very good people at Denny Dotson.
I am super-busy and wanted to buy an Audi in as streamlined a process as possible. The team at Kendall was fabulous and they went way beyond the call of duty to help me and accommodate my schedule. For instance, twice they stayed open late for me. And, we were able to negotiate a price via email rather than face to face which to me was a better process because it meant less time away from the office.
