had an excellent experience with Otis and Victor at CarNeed Inc. From the beginning, they were professional, patient and straightforward with me throughout the entire process. Buying a vehicle from out of state can be stressful, especially when you’re putting a lot of trust into a dealership and can’t just walk in and inspect the car yourself. Otis and Victor went above and beyond to make sure everything we discussed was taken care of. They communicated with me, followed through on the repairs we agreed on and made sure the vehicle was ready before I made the trip. When I finally picked up the car, it was everything they told me it would be — actually, it was perfect. No surprises, no last-minute issues and no feeling like I had been given the runaround. I especially appreciate that they stood behind their word. That means a lot when you’re spending this kind of money on a vehicle. Otis and Victor — thank you both for making this a great experience. You earned my trust and my business. I would absolutely recommend CarNeed to anyone looking for a vehicle, and I’ll definitely remember you guys the next time I’m in the market. 5 stars all day. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

CarMax East HavenReviews
CarMax East Haven review
Bought a 2015 Dodge Challenger with 5800 miles - great price compared with what the same car is going for today with 40K / 50K more miles. Process was easy. All my friends love the cards and strangers give me compliments. My only complaint was these cars go through an inspection where all problems are fixed. I bought the car in February and by the Summer when I finally turned on the A/C, it did not work. When I went to the repaair shop I was told it would cost me 41000.00 dollars as the hose was broken dehind the instrument panel. In my opinion this should have been caught by CARMAX and fixed before I picked up the car. Otherwise very happy - no problems other than that to date. CARMAX - please fix my A/C??????

I purchased my 2018 Ford F-150 from them recently. The truck was in great condition and came exactly as advertised. Haven't had a problem with it. Sales process was smooth and easy, and the salespeople were super professional and helpful. I would definitely consider purchasing a vehicle from them again.
2020 Audi A4 review
The A4 is the right balance of luxury and sportiness for me. I ride in comfort, but when I touch the gas, she goes. I leased a 2017 and when my lease was up I bought the 2020.

2020 Audi A4 review
I purchased an off lease A4 45 which came standard with the S Line package. The 45 is tuned with more horsepower vs the base 40 engine. The car was like brand new with 5800 miles so it was like getting a new car. The car is the perfect balance of performance and comfort. It flies when you hit the gas and has a smooth and soft ride which is sporty enough when needed. I would describe the car as the middle between BMW and Mercedes where BMW is more sporty and Mercedes more luxury. Again it’s a great balance of both. A big thing for me is maintenance and there is very little of it on this car aside from oil changes and air filters. It’s also easy to work on as the oil filter is on top of engine. Consider the cost of maintenance with the other luxury brands. So far the car is flawless and well worth what I paid.
