It was overall a surprisingly great experience overall purchasing this car from Audi of Bellevue. What made the most difference is working with Ardit. This man was probably the most honest and easiest sales person I've ever worked with during a car purchase. I truly appreciated his communication skills and no pressure sales approach which is very refreshing. I had a good experience working with Elvis buying a used car. It was quick and easy to find a salesperson willing to do a test drive. They walked me through all the most important features and were very friendly. In between my test drive and purchasing the vehicle, Elvis was very responsive by text when I had questions regarding the maintenance and service history of the vehicle. Elvis provided a CarFax report upon request. The negotiation process was a relatively quick experience. They gave me a fair price for the vehicle and didn't run me around in circles. On the day of the pickup, Mike did an excellent job walking me through the setup of Audi Connect and going through the features of the car. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the car. Overall, I had a good experience at Audi of Des Moines. I would consider buying a vehicle from them in the future!

The service was good and I had a salesman who was also doing a good job. They gave me a muti factor check up and provided a detailed report.

Jesus was so helpful and polite. He explained everything to me so that I can identify any future problems. The exceptional person working on my car stayed late to complete it in 24 hours because I was leaving the next morning. All the personnel was very helpful and went above and beyond so I had a good experience at Audi Fort Worth.

So grateful for his skill and expertise on an old Audi like mine. I believe I will have a few more years with my Audi, so thankful and happy to get my car back to good health. Amazing and not overwhelming experience! The employees helped me out in looking at the vehicle and financing. I’d been car shopping for months so it felt great leaving in my dream car.

I was in need for a title as per the original one got lost in shipping, I called the business office and spoke to Bessie, I explained to her the situation and she said she will help me, but need more time to process it. Weeks later she called me to let me know that she got the title and she is sending it to me via FEDEX and gave me the tracking number, WOW thats a great service there.
