By far the best car buying experience I have had. Big E our salesman, worked hard to get us approved for financing and explained everything clearly along the way. His professionalism, honesty, and friendly attitude made a huge difference. If you are looking for great customer service and a team that truly cares, definitely ask for Big E. I couldn’t be happier with my experience highly recommend. Thank you!

I've left prior reviews in a span of 4 days 1he 1st one was for what I thought was a great experience the 2nd was what to me had been a nightmare. I contacted the Manager Sal and he resolved my issue with no problem to my satisfaction. All I'm going to say is inspect what your purchasing get a clear understanding of your agreement totally. The staff members that assisted me today were helpful and pleasant.

Audi El PasoReviews
Audi El Paso review
I visited several dealerships a year ago, and Audi El Paso stood out above the rest because of their exceptional customer service. From the beginning, I never felt pressured to make a purchase. Instead, I felt comfortable, valued, and genuinely taken care of. It was clear that my salesman, Salvador Almarez, truly loves what he does, and that made a lasting impression on me. When I returned this year, the experience was just as wonderful. He took the time to answer all of my questions, listened carefully to what I was looking for, and walked me through every feature and option without ever making me feel rushed. His knowledge, patience, and genuine enthusiasm made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. Buying a vehicle is a big decision, and having someone who listens, takes the time to explain everything, and genuinely cares about helping you find the right fit makes all the difference. That level of customer service is exactly why I came back to Audi El Paso. I highly recommend Audi El Paso to anyone looking for not only a great vehicle, but also an outstanding dealership experience. Customer service like this deserves recognition, and I truly appreciate the care and attention I received!

North Coast Mitsubishi West ClevelandReviews
North Coast Mitsubishi West Cleveland review
Steevy was outstanding. Couldn’t be happier with how he kept up with my through my complicated insurance process. Made sure I was taken care of and did his best to accommodate me in any way he was able. Him and Nick went above and beyond to make sure I got the best rate I could, and make sure I was happy with everything. Steevy took care of missing floor mats for me, and made sure that before I left everything was cleaned the way I was happy with. Nick took time to check out different banks with me and did a very detailed breakdown of the whole financial game plan. Very impressed with Steevy in the way that he kept up with me and made sure I was satisfied with my dealing with them. Incredibly happy with my experience.

CarMax Sacramento SouthReviews
CarMax Sacramento South review
The Car Max rep showed me two used vehicles, one of which I liked very much but was outside my family's budget. I tried to negotiate and was told that the prices stated are firm -- there would be no negotiation. The rep was friendly and informative, and there.was no hard sell or pressure to buy that day. Once I left the dealership, I tried following up by phone. The status was.the same, so I considered that particular vehicle to be out of reach. A month later that vehicle is still on their lit with one minor price drop since.

Dewey FordReviews
Dewey Ford review
Best in class Ford dealership! Distinctive, World-class service! While traveling in Iowa, 2019 F150 Raptor experienced a failed fuel pump. Josh, Dewey's service writer not only helped with a rental location, but offered to provide logistical support with securing a rent vehicle. He immediately accepted my truck, diagnosed the problem and procured the necessary parts. The overall repair cycle was less than two days. Josh also assisted in working with documenting the root causes of the failure that was determined to be substandard repairs performed recently by a dealership in my hometown. Absolutely the very best experience I've encountered with any auto dealership in my 66 years!!! A massive thank you to Josh and the Dewey Ford technical team!

Stephanie went above and beyond to help me out and is their new GM. I have been buying cars their for the last 10 years and have had nothing but exceptional service. Stephanie is professional and a sweetheart but most of all looked for my needs on issues I was having and facing. Their whole staff is amazing and helpful like Phil (service manager) Aldo (customer care and service dept) and Ray Holguin their Financial services consultant! If you want to go buy or lease a car please go see David Miller and there's only one word to describe him? Awesome!!!!!! TY everyone at Audi Chandler and the Penske Team. :)
