Vince notaro AKA Bobo is my long term service person. He got me into a new lease real quick $75 or less than my last lease for $72,000 truck. Mr. Notaro is real professional believe it or not. Five stars for FRAUDULENT sales This dealership utilized the old carbon copy method for my sales cobtract. I assumed their computer system was down. I am a handicapped senior citizen. After I looked later, over this sales receipt, I couldn’t read it. I asked for a better copy. I was charged $35K - an amount even more than a new cat instead of the used car that I had purchased. The original sticker price was $28,800. They don’t care. Go to the dealership in Oxnard.

Bought my first Audi yesterday and the sales people were wonderful especially Luis Colmenares. He was so patient with us and looked at all the different models and features till I finally decided. He was very knowledgeable about different brands too, very well versed in his field. Tony the sales manager (I believe) gave me more for my trade in than all the other dealers. And since it was end of month, I landed a great rebate too! Go see these guys for your next car! Oh and did I say that I LOVE my new Q8?? Add that too!

What impressed me was I wasn't buying a new car. But I was treated as I was buying one. The way they handled my trade in was excellent.
