I Test drove an S5. Great car. Throughout the visit there was no pressure put on me to buy, no pressure from anyone. This was a 5star visit at a terrific dealership. Excellent experience overall. Maddie was knowledgeable and honest, she even informed me that I still had one remaining service under Audi Care that carried over from the previous owner. She easily could have left that out and let me pay for the full 40K service, but she didn?t, which I really appreciated. That level of transparency is exactly how trust in a dealership is built. I received a full diagnostic report along with a detailed video walkthrough of the car, explaining everything that was done. The video showed my brake pads were down to 2mm, which I appreciated for the added transparency. I decided to replace the rotors as well, and the entire job was completed in under 24 hours. They were also willing to come down significantly on the price, which was a nice surprise. I picked up the car from Daniel since Maddie was out that day, and he was just as solid and honest. Overall, a great experience from start to finish.

Everyone was fantastic at the audio dealership from the First Lady I spoke with at service all the way to the last person I spoke with when I got my keys to my new 2023 Audi A5! Everyone was amazing and I’m extremely happy!
