Ryan Bonino was extremely patient and pleasant, and he couldn?t have been more helpful. Michelle Spivey was knowledgeable and explained all our options in easy-to-understand terms. The entire car buying experience was smooth and we?re super happy.

Audi Flatirons review
I walked in during lunch time and was greeted immediately by Sam. I was a little iffy because I wasn't finding exactly what I was looking for but Sam took the time with me. We identified a possible vehicle and I decided to come back after work. Sam had the car ready for me and addressed something that I had noted earlier in the day. He was finishing up with some clients and had Paul (I believe it was) take me on a test drive. I decided to move forward, I let them know that there were some challenges and they didn't flinch. Paul and I went over the specifics and he moved it along to the finance manager, Frenchy. Sam was able to join us again and we got an approval. It was all very smooth and painless. I returned the next day to drop off a check and pick up the car. Sam had it waiting in the delivery Bay and presented it to me, which was a nice touch! He helped me set up the Audi app and connect it to the car. They were great and everything was perfect! Probably the least stressful car buying experience I've had.

Our experience with Ed Carroll was very good. I was comparing luxury SUVs and wanted to compare the Audi with the Mercedes. I drove the Audi and it performed very well.

This is absolutely the best car dealership I've ever encountered. No sales pressure, only informed and considerate attention to what I asked for. Service is excellent. I've done business with them for 25 years and will continue to do so as long as I can.

Ed Carroll Motor Co. review
It has been a wonderful experience buying a car from these folks. Jeff Holder and Kat McNutt could not have been any more professional and helpful walking me through the process of my purchase. I live in Kentucky and the car was in Colorado. Everything went smoothly and the car was even better than I had hoped for when delivered. Everyone on their team was great. Thanks also Lane Trujillo. My primary contact was Mr. Holder. Chapeau, Jeff, and many thanks!!
