During the buying process, they walked us through all of the available options, including the auto care packages, in a way that felt thoughtful and transparent — never pushy. Their professionalism and kindness made the entire experience not only seamless but genuinely enjoyable. Even after the deal was done, the support didn’t stop. Lee, Antonio, and Steven continued to check in, make sure we didn’t have any lingering questions, and responded quickly to everything we needed — including some additional items we wanted to add to our car. Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

I have purchased new and used cars before, from different dealerships all over the Atlanta area. A total of 10 counting this one. Plus 2 bikes, but I'm not counting those. I have had absolutely TERRIBLE experiences, and I have had okay experiences. This was, without a doubt the best of them. What made the difference- Sam Rangel. My wife shopped around online and found a van she wanted to look at, and it happened to be at the Hardy Superstore. She went by herself to check it out. She met Sam. Sam was the opposite of what many come to think of when they think of a used car salesman. Sam was very kind and helped her. He listened to her and genuinely desired to help her find what she was looking for. I know most good sales people are like that, but there are some that don't have a customer service quality to them, but Sam does. She never felt pressured. Sam made us feel like he was on our side of things- whether it was the vehicle, the negotiation, the financing, or whatever. He was our representative. I love looking at cars, and investigating them, but absolutely HATE haggling and the actual car buying part. Sitting and waiting forever, going back and forth. Then when you are done, you have to wait for the vehicle to be cleaned and gassed...ugh. Did I say I HATE car buying? So this time, I done the whole deal with Sam through text messaging! A first for me. Whenever I asked for something, Sam replied. Sam's manager, and Finance closer- Mitch Feraco made a great team. And he had the van ready so when we got there, we signed and drove away! So, if you find a vehicle at the Hardy Superstore, or need someone to help you find one, call Sam Rangel- you wont regret it. I had searched for this particular car and it has lived up to everything I had hoped for. Excellent vehicle both looks and performance. I would readily recommend this Audi Cabriolet.

I am having an awesome experience with Audi of Marietta. I am particularly pleased with my interactions with Christian Postell. We are not fond of the hard sell and Christian was informative without adding any pressure. He was patient with all our questions and made us feel like he was working with us. Since the purchase he has provided excellent service with a follows that we have. Definitely would recommend working with him to any one looking for an Audi.

I drove Mustangs for many years, and was reluctant to switch over to the Audi, but I have never regretted it. The car is comfortable, quiet, and elegant. I am happy whenever I drive it. And the upkeep has been surprisingly reasonable. It is a wonderful car and I plan to buy Audi convertibles from now on.

2021 a5 PREM Plus; B&O 7th audi I've owned & they just keep getting better. Not a fan of the tap every time screen I want to do something feature which is fairly new. This one could be a keeper! The stereo is very high quality & handling rocks, quick & nimble. Sport suspension is a personal choice, always order it. Stiffer but smooth. Car is quite. Sport seats heated, heated mirrors, heated steering wheel. Need I say more?

What a spectacular experience. I usually buy used cars, but went ahead and purchased a new 2023 Q8 Prestige. The ONLY person to work with here is Ahamed Eboo. He is wise, professional, transparent, and listens to each and every one of your wants and needs. This level of professionalism has, for the most part, dried up in the car business, not with him and not with Audi of Marietta. This place is very modern and amazing. Before the purchase he guided us every step of the way. Then upon arrival of our 2023 Q8, we went to the dealership and he made the purchase 1000% pain free. I would buy again when I am ready. He sits in the car with you for 45+ min and shows you each feature. Which you usually take 6-12 months to discover by yourself. Not with him, it was important to him to make sure we saw all that this amazing beast of a vehicle has to offer. Come here, ask for AHAMED EBOO, he is the only person with a desk inside the show room, goes to show you how long he has been great here.

Although I'm quite biased to Audi for a multitude of reasons, the A5 is absolutely perfect. Jam packed with features. I'm extremely impressed with the virtual cockpit. Currently 3 years old any person could look at the exterior, open the door, sit down in the passenger seat and think this is a 2022. My personal favorite thing about Audi is how well they do with their legacy. Every car in their lineup ages so well.

We were greeted right away as we exited our car. The salesman was polite and informative. He gave us plenty of alone time to look at the car we were interested in and answered our questions afterwards. There were a lot of cars options in the lot in all price ranges. I believe they also offer financing on many of the vehicles.

This is a perfect car for California, especially now in needing to get out to feel free. Nothing is better than driving the coast with the top down. This Quattro is in excellent condition driven by my wife who took great care of the care.

I don't like buying a vehicle due normally to the overall experience, but today I bought a BMW X5 from Audi Atlanta. From start to finish my sales person Antonio was awesome. My husband was with me, but due to health reasons he was only able to do the test drive and then sit in our car until I completed the buying process. Antonio told Lee who handled my finance and contract what was going on with my husband and he handled the entire process so I could get in and out quickly. They were both very professional and guided me through everything, BUT they were also kind, caring, and concerned with my husband and that makes them the best!!! Thank you so much Antonio and Lee! Every visit the service is always exceptional. I feel confident when I leave that my car was serviced properly. I never had to return for the same problem. Its done right the first time. The guys here are truly exceptional. Thanks for great customer service which is rare these days.

Second Audi I have owned. Excellent car and model. Comfortable and good looking. I really enjoy the convertible top and ease of use. No problems with the car in the months I have owned it. Purchased new and very satisfied with dealer and car.

I love the car. It is sporty, response, quiet, comfortable to drive. It has been a great car. I have used it to travel from SoCal to Nevada and Utah. I am able to use my hands free and the sound is so clear.

I have owned my Audi 2012 A5 convertible for 7 years and counting. The single reviewer who gave it one star must have some hidden agenda? It drives like a dream with the quatro function, the seats are the most comfortable I've experienced, and the aesthetics inside and particularly outside slays. Have to admit the Audi service people are pretty slack, but this cannot change the awesomeness of the car itself. I'm formerly an owner / driver of Mercedes cars. Finally, I have seen several sites claiming the 2012 version will be classified as a classic and will be sought after in the future. All good news!

Love this car, but the interior is far below what should be in a car that costs this much. I have the dark gray/ black and it is awful. The vented sections in the leather seats look like they are fading/ spotting in the front and back. This car is babied. It is a definite defect in the leather. Audi wouldn’t do anything. I’m glad it is a lease. I’ll never get that color interior again. Very disappointed with Audi’s poor response.

A5 is a gentlemans luxury sport vehicle, similar to the old Riviera, El Dorado, etc. Fast, averages 25 mpg, gets 33mpg at 75mph, all wheel drive makes you king of the road on wet or icy days!
