I received an email from Luis at Autonation Ford saying they were interested in the car and explaining how the process works if we sold it to them. We went in and worked with him and sold the car to the dealership. He was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The process went smoothly, just as he had indicated in the email. It's fun to drive, it looks great, and I've had no problems with it. It handles fairly well in the snow with the Quattro. There is a lot of trunk space for golf clubs or hockey gear!
