Dan Rubin is a great example of quality customer service and attention to not only the car, but to who owns the car! He gave me an estimate of how long my car would take to be serviced and it ended up being a few hours earlier than expected! Dan ordered me a Lyft to take me to/from home. For some reason, I wasn't getting the notifications from Lyft, but Dan sent me the details of the car/driver/license plate and tracked me on the app! I appreciated that!

I helped a friend purchase a used vehicle from Oakes Kia. She doesn't do much online, but I wanted to make sure to put a SHOUT OUT to Stacey! She was upfront, fun, asked my friend many questions to make sure she had found the right car and most of all, wanted her to feel good about her purchase when she drove off! Apparently, they aren't paid on commission, but online reviews help their pay. To each his own, but why should anyone ask a customer to reward them for doing their job? Even if you don't know STACEY, ask for her! She's upfront, honest, funny and doesn't push you. I recommend Oakes Kia, but more than anything I RECOMMEND STACEY. My service manager, Tony Hang, is the best and he is the reason I continue to go to Crown Lexus Of Ontario. I I am always able to make appointments however I always ask for him. If he is not there, I tend to wait until he is. He is very professional yet makes me feel very comfortable. If Tony is busy when I call, he always returns my calls in a timely manner. The new Audi A7 is an amazing car. It has just the right mixture of luxury to keep you comfortable and sport to keep you at the edge of your seat. It is reliable and I have never had any issues with it.

I would like to give special recognition to Jett, who works at the Front Desk in the service center. He is an absolutely outstanding employee. He helped me a lot with dropping off my Hyundai Palisade for service and clearly explained everything I needed to know — and even more. I don’t speak English very well, but Jett didn’t even need to use a translator because he explained everything in such a clear and simple way that I understood everything without any problems. If Hyundai had more employees like Jett, Hyundai sales would skyrocket. Thank you very much for such a high level of service!

This is my 1st Audi, and I must say it is a beautiful vehicle. When I was searching for a vehicle for my wife (she purchased an Audi Q3), she told me I needed something sleek and sexy. This tremendous vehicle was it. Excellent ride, being smooth and comfortable. Surprisingly, it gives excellent MPG as compared to what I’m used too. I commute daily on highways and even going over the speed limit :-), I’m ranging 29mpg. Excellent power and handles absolutely beautifully. Overall great and comfortable vehicle. This was purchase was a treat, that I’m grateful to have pulled the trigger on.

The interest rates on the website are inflated, so I financed through my local credit union instead.
